Jake Paul and Nakisa Bidarian will never not have enough room to bolster their already loaded roster of top-tier women in the sport.

BoxingScene has confirmed that reigning titleholders Tiara Brown and Oshae Jones are among the six newest signees by Most Valuable Promotions (MVP). Brown and Jones are joined by rising Elise Soto, LeAnna Cruz and Miranda Reyrs  as well as Brazilian influencer-turned-boxer Jully “Poca” Oliveira.

"My passion for boxing starts from me stepping in the ring, but it’s equally focused on what I contribute to the sport outside of the ring with MVP,” Paul told BoxingScene in a provided quote. “Today’s signings reflect my continued commitment to using my platform to push boxing to the biggest audiences possible in the world.”

Added Bidarian: “Tiara, Oshae, Jully, LeAnna, Elise, and Miranda each represent a fundamental pillar of our MVP brand, world champions, Olympic pedigree, global stars, top contenders, and elite competitors with superstar potential and we are thrilled to have them join our growing roster of athletes.

“MVP is elevating women’s boxing across divisions and borders, and we look forward to each of our new signees making their promotional debut soon. Our mission is to ensure fans have one brand that has the best fighters in the world and today further cements that position.”

All six signings make sense but the addition of the two major titlists in Brown and Jones, however, fall perfectly in line with the company’s direction.

Brown, 20-0 (11 KOs) is coming off a gratifying 2025 campaign that provided validation for the personal choices to not only further her career but live her best life outside the ring.

The former amateur standout served for years as a police offer in Washington, D.C. She excelled in her community service role to the point of being named “D.C. Officer of the Year”. However, the global pandemic coupled with the nationwide protests largely centered around civil rights left her feeling “like I was on the wrong side.”

Brown left the force in 2020 and fully focused on her blossoming boxing career. It came full circle in 2025, when she successfully converted her mandatory challenger status into her first career title win. Brown traveled to Australia, where she dethroned then-unbeaten WBC featherweight titlist Skye Nicolson last March 22 in Sydney.

One title defense has followed, a 10-round points victory over Emma Gongora last September 20 in Houston, Texas. A far busier schedule is expected given her new alliance, as she joins reigning lineal and unified featherweight champion Amanda Serrano.

“Signing with Most Valuable Promotions is a major moment in my career,” said Brown. “From my amateur foundation to becoming a world champion, every step prepared me for this level. I’ve earned everything through discipline and consistency.

“Now I get to showcase that experience and championship mindset on a global stage with MVP.”

Jones, 9-0 (3 KOs) claimed a bronze medal during the delayed 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

The 28-year-old from Toledo, Ohio hit the ground running as a pro and claimed a major title in just her eighth pro fight. Jones edged reigning IBF 154lbs titlist Femke Hermans via split decision in their November clash in Atlanta, Georgia.

Like Brown, one title defense has followed for Jones – a strangely scored, 10-round split decision over Eliaz Carranza on July 25, also in Atlanta where she has spent her last four fights.

All came under the Overtime Boxing promotional banner as part of its OTX Boxing series, with whom Brown was also aligned. The series was since discontinued, though Jones and Brown both have not only found a safe landing space, but made moves that instantly upgrade their respective careers.

“From earning an Olympic medal to becoming a two-belt world champion, every step has prepared me for this,” said Jones “With MVP behind me, I’m ready to compete on the biggest stages and continue building my legacy.”

Jones’ only competition at 154lbs is unified WBA and WBC champ Mikaela Mayer, who is also the WBO 147lbs titlist. The two are close friends, though both understand this is very much a business.

In the meantime, fight dates for Brown and Jones are forthcoming.

Below are the reactions from MVP’s other four signees:

Influencer and former Misfits Boxing participant Jully “Poca” Oliveira:

“I chose MVP because they don’t just put women on the card, they lead the way in putting us in the spotlight. Seeing how they have done with Amanda Serrano, Alycia Baumgardner and others shows me their incredible commitment to making sure female fighters are valued as we should be.

While I am so grateful to everyone who has supported my journey so far, joining MVP gives me a platform to represent my country on the world stage and help take Brazilian boxing to a whole new level.”

Elise Soto, 10-0 (9 KOs), rising 130lbs contender and a frequent flyer on prior MVP shows:

“I’m blessed to be surrounded by the unmatched ingenuity of Nakisa Bidarian and Jake Paul, the stacked roster of legendary and world class talent, and the absolute platinum-standard teams across every department at MVP.

“As a young woman and fighter, I’m here to grow with every fight and put in the time, discipline and dedication to become an absolute beast. I have a long career ahead of me, and I’m excited to have MVP by my side.”

Highly sought 115lbs contender LeAnna Cruz, 11-0-1 (1 KO):

“Signing with Most Valuable Promotions is a huge step forward in my career. I’ve stayed patient and committed to the process. Now, this partnership puts me in position to compete on the biggest stages in the sport.”

Houston-based, Mexican America 135lbs contender Miranda Reyes, 8-3-1 (3 KOs):

“Signing with MVP is a young girl’s dream. I have Mexican warrior blood in me, and I fight for my family and the values of my community. Boxing gives me purpose everyday, and I will prove I’m ready to become a world champion.”
