WBC/WBA junior welterweight champion Danny Garcia (26-0, 16KOs) will soon invade the welterweight division. Last Saturday night at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, Garcia won a twelve round unanimous decision over Zab Judah. Garcia is probably going to have one more defense at 140 and then he wants to move up to challenge for welterweight gold.

Garcia captured the junior welterweight crown last year with a twelve round decision over Erik Morales. He followed up the win a few months later by winning a unification with a fourth round TKO of Amir Khan.

"I am getting bigger, I've been at 140 for a long time and I don't want to get to the point where I'm training just to lose weight and it's affecting my performances. So I probably have one more at 140....in the summer time it's going to be hot and I probably have to go up to 147," Garcia said.
