not at all. the guy chose to fight Chainoi Worawut instead of inoue. thats clearly ducking. maybe he got cut twice in a row, but im certainly not going to take the word of a guy who ducked the fight, im certainly not going to give him the benefit of the doubt, and im certainly not going to believe he got injured twice in a row even if its possible, its highly improbable. he wanted out of the fight and made sure he got out of it, 3 times now. maybe 2 were legit? dubious but 1 certainly was not in any way shape or form. he goes into the ring to call out inoue, then signs to figth Chainoi Worawut. what utter BS. it was all publicity to hype himself up. must be a local aussie thing because no one else in the world cares about him but im sure over there he thinks hes a big player lol I think he's a relatively big player in Australia, but certainly not in the rest of the world. For the rest, i just don't know; Goodman has had great work and fight ethics so far, and he doesn't seem like the kind of guy who backs out of a challenge. He chose to fight Wrecked ball at a higher weight when he didn't need to and gave us a good performance. PS i'm not australian lol

He did not duck Inoue, he was injured, and the fight was rescheduled just a month after the first cancellation. I think that was the mistake, reschedulling too soon.

He won't be the heavy favorite, guaranteed, especially with the constant inuries, 36 years of age, massive inactivity for years, a higher weight against a true 154 pound fighter, etc. If he had had a tune-up fight first, if he looked good, he would have been the big favorite. But he won't be due to the unknown of where he will be at physically and mentally. And his motivations not knowing if it is just a paycheck or something more. Too many questions around him factor into the odds. Again, a tune-up fight by definition is where the odds show that a win is an absolute because a much bigger fight hangs in the balance and even signed. Not the case here at all. First off, no one said this was a tune up fight, because no one knows Spence's plans. For the rest, we shall see.. But like i said, even if Spence is only 50% of what he use to be, he will KO Timmy into oblivion.

You don't understand the definition of a tune-up fight. A tune-up is a stay busy fight when a fighter is at the very least a 5-1 favorite and no way will Spence come in as a 5-1 or a -1000 favorite after years inactivity. Consider yourself educated now. Spence only lost to an all time great and future HOF. He will be a heavy favorite against Robotic Tim, specially after his last performance. I say he comes in at least at -500.

But he hasn't spoken about or said anything about any fighter at all. He could fight any number of contenders. That is true. Maybe he's weighing his options... maybe he's waiting to see if he's still up for his comeback. Maybe he's looking to see how he feels in training... Maybe a combination of all of the above.

Yep. He's also apparently gun shy as he had Nurja hurt and ready to go twice, but couldn't seem to pull the trigger. Nurja, whom I had never heard of previously, was a little better than I thought he'd be, or Tim is just that shot - I don't know. He was pillow fisted, but had some nice counters and uppercuts at times. He couldn't even get rid of an unknown Albanian who fought like an amateur, for c h r i s t sake! Tim is broken, and no one can fix him, not even Pedro Diaz. He still looks shell shocked from previous fights. Just a matter of time before he gets KOed into oblivion.

Eubank Jr from some years ago (2015-2021).The guy that just fought you with relentless combinations and very decent handspeed was an entertaining fighter to watch and he would have dispatched a guy like Zerafa in brutal fashion. Eubank jr maybe never been elite level or even world class but he was always able to make guys on the level of Zerafa look like they don't belong in the ring with him. There is truth in what you are saying; Eubank was a gatekeeper of gatekeepers.

Actually, there are only 2 things we learned: 1) The heavyweight division is getting thinner and thinner, and people are looking for a new god, so with the right promotion, we will get one. 2) Franklin is not the Franklin of yesterday. If we have to give Zander credit for taking a fight nobody thinks he can win, then we need to give Thurman credit too. He was all heart and less chance than Zander. What's the point? Give credit??
