Who cares about what Teddy Atlas says? He is washed that's why ESPN fired his ass. He made his notoriety off Mike Tyson. Atlas sucked as a trainer he also sucked as commentator. He needs to find somewhere to sit and take his ass there.
It´s sad and funny at the same time how writers defend and overhype Afro boxers. Ryan Garcia beat the kkrapp out of ugly Haney. That substance is nothing and being overweight can make you slow and many Afro fighters do the same ( Floyd Mayweather vs Marquez, much bigger) and they don´t say anything. The commetators scoring the fight have an agenda. Mannix hates Mexicans. There should be a rematch though and when ugy Haney losses again, the media and the Afro people will come up with excuses again. Haney just hugs and runs as usual.
All Haney does is hold. When Ryan beat him at his own game he started crying to the ref. His eyes opened wide when Ryan out muscled him. He had no strategy since he could hold and hit.
This writer is a Haney lover. You can tell by the tone. So, let's cover a few things. 1. Haney accepted the fight knowing Ryan was overweight. He thought he was going to run over him. 2. If they were using VADA, and testing throughout. How did Ostarine didn't appear in the samples? 3. Victor Conte, and VADA have a connection. Look at who tested the samples. 4. Let's take some from number 2. How can he come up positive the night of the fight when previous samples tested negative? The drug doesn't metabolize that fast. You are only believing what people tell you and the testing hype which is totally subjective. Remember, they said they found 'traces.' Here is a good write-up on Ostarine. https://www.pumpingironstore.com/how-long-does-ostarine-take-to-work/. If they were to fight again, they would have the same result and Haney would cry about something else. That's just what he does.
Plant's cornerman was the worst I've ever seen a championship fight. He didn't get into the ring, look his fighter in the eye and give him any strategies. All he did was talk basics from outside the ring. He didn't refresh with ice on the head or water. Basically that cornerman sucked!!! There is no other way of saying it. If Plant wants to keep fighting at the elite level he needs to ditch his corner. If Breadman was in his corner, then needs to stick to writing boxing articles because he truly isn't a cornerman or a trainer.
