He means as in all the "good" things about Pacquio (not boxing-wise). I think he means as in that pacquiao is very humble, generous, pacquiao has a lot of media behind his back and he could be doing it to land the job at the congress.
He may not be as good as the media might want him to look.
Cotto needs to fight his inner demons, reconcile with his uncle and get a good trainer. Thats Cotto's fight :P and of course make a big come back agaisnt Margarito (for pride).
I think Cotto will retire, he said that he will retire at 30 anyways (29 at the moment). But if he really wants to get back to fame he will need time to heal up and a completly new corner. Family/Friends in business dont match, I know that in boxing most trainers are the fighters dad but when they need real help they need an outsider trainer with real experience.

Why do people want to watch Gamboa vs Juanma so desperately, once they fight what happens next?, nothing. It's better to have them have more fights before they face each other. It builds more hype, makes the fight more worthy to watch and makes them more money.
People just need to be patient, the fight will come at its time, for now enjoy watching them rape other fighters in the journey until they meet. :D
