The thing that helped khan win was his heart and fighting spirit- he must have some mexican in him because the way he survived round 10 was incredible! Khan haters now know they have to shutup about his chin so they're talkin about the ref SADDOZ.
I dont understand why you feel that khan should haveto fight for it...Peterson has admitted to taking the steroids before the first fight which is illegal period (everwhere) and therefore makes the first fight illegal. If this is true, which I think we are all in agreement of, then it means that khan hasn't (in a morally right world) lost his belts and therefore should have his belts returned to him, it's very simple! If you are still confused, than ensure you base your opinions of what should happen on your own set of principles instead of conforming to norms. Ask yourself this- when did khan lose those titles? Why should khan have to fight for something which he didn't morally lose?
aznhybrid, im just saying that it is not an easy fight, im not saying that it is not easiER than the maidana fight. A lot of people overrate Maidana saying that hell ko Amir easily, they just need to remember that he has NOT proven himself yet, just like Amir Khan hasn't. (PS. IMO Khan shouldnt have to fight 2 mandatories consecutively)
The way Khan came back in the 11th Round with the uppercut and three punch combo showed what a true champion he is..the second half of the fight was the best ive ever seen- round 6,7 Maidana swings back to Khan 8,9, then monster 10 Maidana, then Khan round 11 and Maidana to fin a great fight winning 12.
These exciting fights do not happen often so I would apreciate and not hate- anyone who thinks the decision was wrong is entitled to their opinion but saying that, no one can say that it wasn't close so you shouldnt be too angry over it

Delahoya, I dont think Khan will win easily because I actually agree with malignaggi that he wasnt the same under buddy, I think khan will win a close fight by late tko-I think that Roach has been able to utilise his speed conversion to power, (like pacman), so much so that I think he will end up knocking out nearly everyone at 140
It was a close fight, but Brook won clearly IMO. What I don't understand, and what I think is the difference, is how people can think that Porter easily won the first few rounds. From what I saw, Brook clearly won the first two rounds, with the third round debatable.
Btw, I dont agree with people saying that we shouldnt have stare downs, it creates alot of excitement just like this night, which is more important for the sport. Nothing major happened tonight, stop making a big deal over it in a negative way
Anyone who thinks Khan has taken an easy option by facing malignaggi need to put this fight for him in context: Khans first fight in USA, fighting in Malignaggi's back yard and fighting for the first time on HBO. Name me one british fighter who has done this at his point of his career? You wont be able to name one, I can assure you

khan just had a bigger entourage, if malignaggi says he had 25- then that is more than is necessary if it really is a closed weigh in. I just hope both fighters perform to their best and dont let this affect them, so that there will be no excuses afterwards
