Thread Stealer's got some nerve talking about ANOTHER dude's "hilarious threads and posts he has brought to Boxingscene." As those who know Thread Stealer from HIS posts here, he has never denied being Levi Billups -- who got knocked out cold in the first round in a bout with Vitali Klitschko. The sheer number of anti-Vitali rants on this site -- AND on Doghouseboxing.com (as "Nat Turner") -- make Mr. Thread Stealer a huge hypocrite for this post. He's an obsessed, sad individual and I wish a moderator would restore the forum to its intended purpose and finally ban this guy.
Glad your starting to to finally admit it.
Can anyone explain to me why an otherwise well-respected boxing website has not banned Mr. Billups from this forum? The guy is a freak show, it's creepy to follow, and nothing he says is meant to encourage worthy debate of the sport. He's using BoxingScene.com to further his petty, personal vendetta against another fighter. Billups should be ashamed of himself -- for someone who can actually brag to the world that they stepped in the ring with Vitali Klitschko to engage in such pathetic behavior. And BoxingScene.com shares this shame for allowing to continue. This is the sweet science. Thread Stealer makes this forum a seventh grade locker room, and his posts make my skin crawl. If there's a moderator around, can we can get an explanation as to why the site allows this crap? If not in public, could I get a PM at least?
This may be the most juvenile, insipid, time-wasting topic on a boxing forum I have ever read. You couldn't come up with a more clever, humorous, or legitimate way to critique Vitali? Or less self-serving ("when did you stop beating your wife, Senator?") My God, what kind of day job do you have? Even a homeless guy has better things to do with his time. This is too pathetic for words, even for the most ardent Vitali-hater…
Yes, the official scorecards had him up by a whopping margin of 4 rounds to 2.
Such a schooling and domination, to be ahead by a one-sided margin of 58-56!!!!
Whether Vitali was kicking LL's ass or just barely beating him wasn't the point of Mike Tyson77's comment to you, TS. The point he was making was that you called Vitali one of the most "delusional" fighters ever for saying he won the fight. That's a stretch, even for a Klitschko hater. Yes, Lennox Lewis won the fight, and who knows how it would've turned out had the fight gone on. But it defies logic to say Vitali is delusional by saying he won if the guy was winning on points. Vitali knows he didn't actually WIN the fight; his point is, he was ahead and winning the fight and wants another crack at Lewis.
Thread Stealer has some nerve acting like some unbiased dude who just happened to stumble across this post. Let's just call him by his real name: Levi Billups, who Vitali knocked ... out ... COLD in the FIRST ROUND of their boxing "match." Since that day, "Thread Stealer" (who goes by other names on other forums and has been banned from just about all of them) has made it his mission to post countless inane topics and polls that disparage Vitali and/or Wladimir. Levi, get your worthless ass out of these forums and seek psychological help -- you need to get over the fact that you lost a fight to a superior fighter. Try being proud of that instead of making it your life's mission to rip on the man. It's called being a man, an adult, accepting life and moving on.
Thank GOD! I've been waiting for a charismatic, no holds-barred likable heavyweight to clean up this mess! Ruiz is the perfect guy!! Why didn't anyone think of this earlier??
First he has to fight Tua again, though.
excruciating prose
Let's see if I can describe my reaction to this article in a way the author can understand:
Endeavoring to perceive directly with the intellect Kehoe's literary composition was analogous to enduring the extraction of the hard, bonelike structures (composed of cores of soft pulp surrounded by layers of hard dentin coated with enamel at the crowns) rooted in sockets in my jaw. Lest I be deemed a hypocrite, I reluctantly acknowledge that I too obtain Brobdingnagian gratification in utilizing polysyllabic combinations of sounds that symbolize and communicate a meaning and consist of a single morpheme or of a combination of morphemes. However, as respects this discrete nonfictional literary composition relating to the sport of fighting with the fists according to rules requiring the use of boxing gloves and limiting legal blows to those striking above the waist and on the front or sides of the opponent, I became physically aware through the senses of a feeling of sickness in the stomach characterized by an urge to vomit that greatly exceeded a normal, usual, reasonable, or proper limit.
