Mayweather craves respect- he always has. He is probably not the brightest guy to ever step in the ring but he is smart enough to know he will never have another opportunity to go out as well as he will after he dominates "The Rusty Golden Boy". Remember its a very short list of undefeated champs? I did hear him say he would whup ODH ass a second time though after he whups him Saturday. LMAO

I just enjoy when fighter fight well out of their class. I enjoyed Roy Jones/Ruiz alot. Can anyone fill me in one when there came to be so many weight classes in boxing? I would presume fighters back in the day fought WAY above and below their class? Thanks
I admit I am biased...i respect an UNDEFEATED champ. He fought a smart fight and won decisevely. I give credit to ODH because was aggressive but he kept charging in every minute or two but not jabbing or landing any power punches. So his strategy didnt work whereas PBM waited for opportunities and made the mose of them especially in the 12th. If you want to see him toe to toe-and I do too- we can hope he fights Wright because PBM cant escape him. I know everyone will say Wright will crush him, but again you cant dismiss anyone who is 38-0.

It is not all that subjective judging a fight. Mayweather landed about 86 more punches tha ODH. 86. and 44 more power punches. 44. I could go on in detail but there is no need-12 round-Mayweather conncected way more and more powerfully. Should have been unanimous. ODH won wrong decisions with Whittaker and Quartey. You don't get decisions just because you are a legend (? a legend yes..... but not an elite g.o.a.t). Mayweather fought the right fight for him to win. Now bring on Wright!! We all know Mayweather is worth more now and will fight again soon.
