as in slick boxers people mean the styles of sugar ray leonard, zahir raheem, floy maywether, joan guzman, yurokis gamboa, meldrick taylor, bernard hopkins. these guys style of fighting was difficult to box or brawl with. thus made some of them great champions. and manny hasnt fought many boxers like that. i think thats the point some posters here are tryin to make out to people to understand.

look, i guarantee you that if that fight gets maid shane will be slugging for the fences against margarito, if they do get in the ring again. well to me this was a great fight, regardless of who won there will be another time when juanma can be champion again and regain his status. I personally think all those over right hands that salido landed will take effect on juanma and his body. juanma should take some time off and fully heal and take a couple of tune up fights. Then fight salido again..................

i think cotto was boxing great but mayorgas right hand kept finding its target. in the seventh round i thought mayorga was goin to ko cotto, i mean he was letting mayorga tee off on him. if mayorga had been putting more pressure on cotto he would of ko him by the 8-9th round, notice how when they traded cotto got the better part but mayorga would land that over right hand?

i like both guys, but canelo should wait a year or two the kid is only 20. cotto should rest and fully heal hes been in some tuff fights man.

ive always admired cotto he very talented individual with great heart. after tonights fight he should honestly just take a long vacation and clear his head.
