Hey man thanks for replying. I went to that page this morning and couldn't find the bio option there and couldn't find it again after your advice. Maybe a mod can help?
Thanks.
EDIT: Oh wait, nevermind it'd working now I swear it wasn't working this morning thanks for helping anyway man.
Marion Jones sailed through 160 drugs tests, Shane Mosley never failed a drugs test in his life.
This time - they got him.
As would I, boxing is a joke when it comes to disciplinary action, unprofessional and shady as fcuk.
No, we missed a FOTY candidate because Berto tested positive for steroids.
dude, did you read this or just pick and choose?
It's really not that difficult to figure out. Once taken nandrolone stays in the body for around 18 months, Berto was tested before and after the first Ortiz fight and nothing showed up.
If Berto took anything with intend and by that I mean the doses necessary in order to see any benefit in the past 6-18 month then the VADA results would clearly show this but all they show is the by product in the tiniest of amounts which indicates a case of contamination.
trace amounts = 2 drops in an olympic style swimming pool. 2 drops. these trace amounts are going to be detectable in his system for 3-18 months. if he was juicing with nadralone before the quantity in his system would have been massively higher and he would have tested positive in his prior tests. unless youre insinuating he was juicing with some other PED, which would be pure conjecture.
trace amounts = no benefit.
people say every athelete who gets a positive has an excuse. every prisoner claims to be innocent. that does not mean they all are or all arent. most would not be, but you must judge each case on its merits.

i had the same thoughts. after reading this article http://www.fighthype.com/news/article12456.html i believe they cannot deduce the ratio in the body from the initial test, and further testing had to be done. this is what i infer anyway because if they didnt need additional tests, and if this is true and if this is the case, they seriously need to look at their protocols and procedures. if berto is innocent they just shat on his image/reputation and have potentially cost berto/ortiz, goldenboy and other investors millions reporting something inconsequential.
its unreal how hes outlived his contemporaries and his own children and everyone from the rough place he grew up. hes taken just about as much punishment as any fighter yet he still has his wits about him... crazy.

Holy sh1t, Pac isn't playing around. I haven't seen such an "I mean fu.cking business" look from Pac in a long time. I guarantee you Pac is coming to destroy, and will... then probably coast being the nice guy he is.
Bradley looks self confident and unphased. This is going to be a good fight.
I don't think CSAC would approve a license for Berto knowing there are still trace elements of a known banned substance
do I believe Berto to be unknowing about this? yes it's too small of an amount to say he was using this to enhance his performance
but it's still there and he should not be allowed to fight June 23rd because of it
CSAC probably will have a hearing about it, choose not to ban Berto because of the miniscule amount, but not allow Berto to be licensed until the substance is out of his system
that means he wouldnt be allowed to fight for 6-18 months for something comepletely unintentional. if this info is to be believed then according to the doc the amount in his system isnt enough to change anything. 2 drops of contaminated water in an olympic style swimming pool is enough to be detected. that is the ratio youre looking at when they mention 'trace amounts.'
im not sure about peterson but i think the evidence shows berto's positive was unintentional. in the link earlier in the thread the doc mentioned that some energy drinks can give a positive trace amount result, think about how many other consumables may contain trace amounts.
fight should go ahead.
