Weight lifting and change up your diet if you want mass gains, if you want to improve your boxing skills just workout more on the bag/boxing gym. There isn't anything that can make you stronger(legally) it's all mental; keep working hard and stay dedicated to the sport. You can do it!

Mosley; I agree with, he should retire because he clearly lost a lot of steps. He's had a wonderful career and it would be a shame to see him ending up like another Holyfield.
Shannon Briggs has wasted a few years as of late with inactivity and he showed plenty of rust in his fight against Vitali Klitschko. He has nothing to be ashamed about tho he went a full 12 rounds with the champ. He could retire;

Dawson-Pascal rematch definatley
Dawson didn't seem right that night for some unknown reason. I was rooting for Pascal and I was ecstatic with the win but a rematch is needed if Pascal manages to beat Bernard Hopkins.
Cotto was supposed to rematch margarito a long time ago but the cheater was suspended at the time

It was a so-so joke. If he hadn't been busted for them against Mosley and it was just a speculation it would be pretty funny but after getting busted for illegal wraps and he makes a joke like he will use them again, that isn't funny.
yea becoz cheating in boxing is something to laugh about. what if he seriously hurt mosley and put him in a home the rest of his life where he had to get treated by doctors and nurses....it wouldnt be funny then. that is the reality that could have happened.

That's what i'm talking about. If Margarito has never been caught before and Pac camp suspect him of loading his glove than that sh1t would have been funny. Margarito have been caught and he's lucky to be given a second chance but he thinks it's funny. Margarito need to be surroundded by better people who can tell him that that's a very bad move on his part. Anybody with half a brain can tell him that that's not good for him.
