Hearn said right from the start he very interested and happy with the 50mil, its everything else he wants to talk about, combine that with AJ saying lets roll that should be more than enough for a verbal confirmation that the ammount is ok now lets discuss the rest
If we are going to keep seeing buying a house/car analogy then atleast do it right.
You walk along the street and see a house you like the look of and go to knock on the door, before you even get in the garden someone comes running out and says the house costs 50mil, you cant see inside and you have 24 hours to decide and im not willing to discuss this further until you give me a straight YES or NO. Oh and just so you know if you do say YES then that is possibly a legally binding verbal agreement and if you dont go through with buying the house after you seen inside then i will sue you!
