If I wasn't retired, would have I accepted the fight, what do you think?
Anyway you can read about me beating Sheika in Boxing Booth, also the photos are more flattering http://boothyspromotions.co.uk/default.aspx
Sorry you missed it on setanta, it was on in June. I thought it was a bit negative and I did go on a diet after watching it. I do have some best bits, maybe I should do another one.
How can I be the worst fighter when I beat Omar Sheika and fought for the british title? There is logic behind my mindness and more losses dosn't necessarily mean you are the worst.
Just to disappoint, Tony Booth never actually got knocked out in the first round, he actually got pulled out in the 4th round. He has never been knocked out.
Tony Booth sparred with Joe Calzaghe LOL check out 4 mins into this video
Joe is the hardest hitting boxer I have come across, but I sparred for 3 days not 1.
Hey, are you the real Tony Booth? Because there's someone who claims he's you, and goes around saying really horrific things about...everything, in general.
Can you remember anything memorable about the fight?
It will be in my book when I retire!
There is a chapter in a new book called "Sweet Fighting Men". We will see if Tony Booth "the imposter" knows anything about this book!
Didn't know this.
Just watching Cal-Sheika fight and the commentator says
'Sheika has a loss on his record to Tony Booth. Looking at him here, hard to imagine how that happened...'
lol
Props Booth..
Yes this is right, I'm not just a pretty face.
Is this a book about a range of fighters?
Well, I hope it is you, Tony. Have you any interesting stories to tell or funny incidents relating to the sport? You must have met a few faces.
Yes it is. It is written by Melanie Lloyd, it is her second book. You will have to buy to know more!
