Whats this dudes story? Googled his name & don't see much about him. Assume he has some amateur fights or something, but all I see is him training 2 years ago & talking about this trailer on FB.
From "Tap Nap Snap" Fb page
Former MMA/Kickboxing highlight maker from youtube, Will Prescott (known by the moniker "StillW1ll"), has been making some of the best highlights on youtube for the past 5 years.
What a lot of people may not know about him is that he walked away from a football scholarship in 2010 to pursue one of his greatest passions: Boxing.
Check out this short trailer, detailing some of his journey thus far.
That was class A stuff man, what an original perspective too. Altho there are many, I feel like there is a real lack in quality Pacquiao highlight reels, this was not one of them. Very well done.
Thanks man, really appreciated :) I tried to put my spin on it heh
Why dont you post a tribute of him and roach clowning mayweather for 5 years then getting schooled and crying about his shoulder.
I made a Floyd HL like a year ago
I respect FLoyd alot and his work ethic. He gave his life to boxing. Manny has other priorities. For me he is as big as a winner as any given from where he came from and the impact he had on the world. I dont really mind too much that he got outpointed by May in a match in the twilight of his career, hes still my hero in life. Liking one doesnt have to be mutually exclusive :) Both guys have qualities that anyone can look up too.
Did you make this? really well down, its a love story with Manny and Jinkee right? the music goes well with it. good editing as well.
How do you guys make these videos, did you self teach or take courses?
Thaanks man, yeah it is :X
I self taught when I started years ago but now I have a bachelors in film.
It's an incredibly powerful and emotional song, I think it fits with what the producer is trying to convey perfectly. Great video.
:biggthump
I actually chose the song because it was in the Great Gatsby, and I think Gatsby (who represented the American Dream) was alive in Pacquiao. From the book;
"If personality is an unbroken series of successful gestures, then there was something gorgeous about him, some heightened sensitivity to the promises of life. an extraordinary gift for hope, a romantic readiness such as I have never found in any other person and which it is not likely I shall ever find again."
Its more of story than a highlight, so if your looking for action it might not be the right vid! I get it.
Good post. I haven't had a chance to watch yet, but I definitely will.
I'll watch it as soon as I have the time. I remember the Mayweather video being well done.
Thanks guys !
This was a great video. Nice to see others besides Gorilla Productions is getting in on boxing videos /tributes.
Saw this on reddit and twitter....now here too. I like the vid. His come up from the absolute bottom to the very top is still one of my favorite things.
Cheers guys. Much appreciated.
Guerra WARgarito!!!!!!! :headbang:
Innocent until proven guilty, and his courage never in question.
He, and Capetillo was found guilty by the California State Athletic Commission and they were both punished accordingly. So the innocent until proven guilty thing..
