I see Danny as the better boxer. Even though Porter is unorthodox & relentless, I believe Danny can stand up to him in the clinches & not get manhandled.
Danny by decision with a flash knockdown in the distance.
Ruiz kept talking about how he wanted to look like the Mexican AJ after his win then ended up coming in even heavier.
This guy is a flash in the pan. He's not a real champion. He cashed in & cashed out.
Next thing you know he balloons up even more & blames it on depression.
I dislike Broner so I hate to sound like I'm sticking up for him but his problem was he went for the bigger money at the higher weight classes.
If he had stayed at the lower weights he might still be undefeated but he thinks he's the best and can beat anybody so reality punched him in the mouth.
Pac vs Broner is TV friendly
I'd like to see this. Stylistically this is good for Pacquiao because once he runs through Adrian it'll give him a little more exposure to the Philly Shell when he faces Mayweather next. This is the perfect tune up particularly if he can get the knockout.
I think Adrien is tough enough to finish on his feet but not skilled enough to avoid being knocked down a couple of times before it goes to the scorecards at the end of 12.
Khabib's handlers have a flawed plan
The article ends by saying he will get close and clinch.
Floyd heavily influenced the referees.
Everybody knows Kenny Bayless is in his pocket. If you didn't know that you don't know boxing.
Mayweather wont let Tony Weeks do his fights anymore because Tony sometimes lets the fighters work it out on the inside.
Bayless immediately pries you off of Floyd the nano second you get too close to him then allows Floyd to reset in the center of the ring so Khabib's handlers are mistaken. No fair fights in boxing. We favor the draw (boxer that brings in the money).
It's possible but Broner doesn't strike me as powerful enough to be the one to do it. Broner is going to take the first three rounds off (maybe five) off to wait for Manny to slow down enough to start coming forward but even when that point comes I think Manny is slick footed enough to fight effectively off his backfoot.
I think since Manny got slept by Marquez, Broner's handlers are telling him this guy already got planked. You can do the same thing. You're better than Marquez so it serves as a confidence booster & a motivator to their fighter.
I think Broner can get dropped once before losing a wide decision.
