I love to know what some of the more knowledgable people on this site have to say about this issue, I may be not well enough informed but I have always been of the opinion that Don King put a dark cloud over boxing, with corruption and controversy. I have heard this from other people as well. So my question is did don king have anything to do with the decline of boxing, and is the reason that there is an upswing in the sport due at all to him declining in presence? And if he did have such an influnence what and why was it? And if this is just a rumor among people or are at most casual observers, why was this tag given to him. Just curious. I for one seem to think the connection between the publics view and success of the sport seems eerily close to the rise and departure of Don King.

I just got done watching Gatti Patterson 2. When gatti began changing his style, He looked in shape, quick and crisp. I have basic boxing knowledge and only recently have been trying to catch up on people carrers and accolades, but what I'm wondering is, What class do you think Gatti, was at his best, I've seen him at super featherwiegt, junior welter. Did he fight at Welter, I belive so. Also what weight did he and mayweather fight at. So weigh in and tell me where Gatti belonged.

I watched the fight last night, IT was great watching Lennox dominate him with extreme predjuce. Where does Lennox rate among top heavys of all time?

I'd like to start collecting fights and just watching more to educate myself. Is there any place I can download good quality recordings, for my dvr or just to watch on the computer anything would work, just let me know whats out there.

What do you think, Could this fight happen and if so who would win. I think it would be a great fight. Zab could establish himself back in the top welterweights with a win. Also Berto could use this as his stepping stone into the top welterweights. I personally think zab would ko Berto. I have serious doubts bout his defense and I'd like to see him in there with a puncher. Please elaborate, tell me what you think. I doubt either of there handlers would let this fight happen though. To much risk not enough reward.

I just watched the shobox with him and wills, First time hearing of him, What a freakin jackass. I already hate this guy, sure he beat up on a nobody with no skills, All he has is a quick but still mediocre jab, what the hell is this guy so cocky about? Am I missing something?

I see you guys betting thousands of points, But all I've got is a couple hundred, how do I get more? Also, I'll put my 200 on cotto if anyone wants to slum.
