I really don't think Mayweather will fight Cotto also.
Mayweather and his team will ask them or any opponent, to do outrageous things in the contract and then fight is off again. And more than likely he will ask for more money if this fight happens cause he will say he is the "PPV" attraction and you just lost, so you don't have any say in this.
Then alot of boxers will have the same issue like what Manny is going through right now.
Again, I posted, in another thread, that fighters don't want to be interrupted in training camp cause they are getting ready for a battle. That is why, I think Manny doesn't want this kind of testing cause it will be random and will ruin his training camp. why do you think family members, wife, kids etc don't go with the fighter at training camp?? They are a distraction to the fighters...

Some members is blaming Manny for not taking the test. In my opinion, he has the right not to. Since I haven't seen the contract or negotiations in black and white, everyone here is just making there own conclusions based on what we read or see on the internet or news.
The question I ask is why all of a sudden PBF wants this kind of test done only on Manny?
Why his other opponents didn't have to go through this test.? So if by chance if Mosley fights Mayweather, do you think he will request this kind of testing?
Mayweather is also insulting the way, Nevada screens there fighters. Since this is such a big issue then they should change there system to how Mayweather and company wants, for EVERY fight made in Nevada from this day on.
Probably some of the other fighters wouldn't agree of random testing when they are in training and come unannounced to take blood, urine etc, not once but often. Training is hard and has to be continous and usually without distraction. Why do you think, family members, spouses, kids are apart from these fighters for 2-3 months when they are in training, because they will distract the fighters from there training....
I am a fan of Manny, but I can't say he is a steroid user without any proof what so ever.
If this fight doesn't fall through, then boxing is going down hill which it has been for a while now.
That is why MMA is growing cause there isn't stupid things like this taking place
