It wouldn't be something I'd try to use as a primary source of income. But if you want to make some extra money on the side you should try it. I make around $150-$200 a month and I don't talk boxing on my channel. I got a video that went viral and I get $100 a month off that video alone. I rarely post videos on there. It's passive income. If boxing is your passion it should come easy. How much does freelance paid boxing writing make, $100 an article?
I'm going to try to do that, thanks, do I need a quality mic or will my phone do?
I see a lot of guys do it with their phones. Depends on how professional you're trying to do it. Message me and I'll give u some tips on how to get your videos seen.
Thanks a lot.
A couple of posters from this site started out doing articles that way and went on to journalism careers. Neither post anymore. My suggestion would be start a blog and then after 4-5 entries you could start sending it to boxing websites to see if they're interested. I don't know the process but guessing you need to prove you're not just some random bum.
Also I don't recall exactly but one of the Danish posters on here got a press pass from this site to go to one of Kessler's weigh-ins as official photographer, or something along those lines.
Thanks, I'll look into how to start a blog
You can probably make more money making youtube videos about boxing.
That's a good shout. I was thinking of that but heard YouTube pay peanut money unless you have millions of subscribers
