Ever thought that less could actually be more? Is Manny's lifestyle and cost of living in the Philippines equivalent to that of Floyd's in the U.S? I'm interested to know actually... I could go live in a third world country and instantly become "wealthy".

I had the same issue, coming from Australia. Went to the Mayweather/Maidaina 2 fight last year. Out of 5 of us only myself and another could afford the fight tickets (cheapest was $600). I thought since it's a once in a lifetime for me might as well go the $1600 tickets. Was definitely worth it.

I don't think it's actually called "The Event". That's only what the fight is referred to in the contract.
I'm from Australia and will be there for the fight. Was looking at the $653 tickets but have now decided to get the event level ones... $1655! Hopefully win back my money at the casino!
Didn't Freddie Roach say early in the negotiations that Floyd Mayweather was demanding a rematch clause? Obviously, Roach of either lying or just making **** up, just like Fat Dan and all the other bloggers who claim to be reporting information from knowledgeable sources.
If you understand negotiations you would understand that concessions are made throughout the negotiation process. I'm not saying Freddie is or isn't lying but you must understand that negotiation points can change.

I think Manny means Floyd is waiting for the wars to catch up to him.
Floyd's style ages much slower than Manny's style since Manny actually likes to make it a fight and take some to give some.
