Same bum knocked out Kirkland. I don't think Ishida is a world beater either but its a comeback fight and against a guy who KO'd a top contender. I like the fight
why don't they take calls anymore? I try and try and can't get on, once I waited more than an hour on the call cue and nothing they just ended the show without even acknowledging a caller who had been waiting for more than an hour on their line
Sorry about that. We try to take calls but normally when we go to the numbers, people don't say anything.

King T why do we have weight classes if boxers don't fight at the weight limit? (Chavez vs Rubio on my mind, but other boxers are guilty as well)
Fighters have been manipulating the system for years. Chavez rehydrating over 20 pounds is pretty ridiculous. Rubio was fighting a cruiserweight.
Its really a problem but unless they bring back same day weigh ins, we are always going to have the same problem unfortunately.

Great job Luis, on this and all the reviews. Agree; all future replays should be like this where eligible. That made the replay unique and watchable in a way I haven't seen since HBO used to do big studio replays with fighters (i.e. Leonard-Hagler and even Tyson-Douglas since so many people missed it live).

I believe at the time Rios was coming up, Golden Boy and Top Rank were feuding so a fight between them wouldn't have been possible.
He did mention Rios as a future opponent at 140 if I'm not mistaken since Rios is going to eventually move up.

umm, you do realize those were for the Close Circuit tickets, right? and those were going for $75 each ticket plus tax, which was really $90. I'm surprised he sold that many CC tickets to be honest
