Past: Erik Morales, boy had balls.
Present: Canelo, besides the understandable hate and mismanagement of his career, my family is related to his trainers, we share the same home town in Mexico. My neighbor makes his clothes. My dad used to live with Chepo's dad.
I've been meaning to watch some more Erik Morales...
Nice link with Canelo
13 amateur fights (11-2 (11 KOs), 7 pro fights (7W-0-7KOs). A lot of people here have seen my fights. Even though I was doing great I hit it big time on Wall Street and my path changed. I still spar pros at my gym and get them ready for fights, there was an article out once of a fight getting delayed because I KD the champ out in sparring lol. I dont go hard anymore because of it.
I have beat SEVERAL current champs in sparring but won't name them out of respect.
Damn for real...what's your name? I wanna check out some of your fights
trust me...i will bro....nothing is like watching a future champ from the beginning....was lucky enough to follow roy, mayweather, Ward, morales, and some top fighters come from club shows and off tv undercards
That's dope
I'm setting up my social media right now...I'm active on facebook but my IG. and twitter are not live right now
All the same name as my username I'll holla you back
be patient bro...you got your whole career and life ahead of you
idk why but you kinda remind me of a young paulie malignaggi too....its a compliment.
good luck
maybe one day you and my boy money powell will fight one, he's turning pro, next year at 154 after the youth world championships this year...he is # 1 at 152 right now in the ams
man, you guys would match up well!!!!
keep up the good work, im sure you got the basics down but when your chin isnt tucked behind that shoulder a vet could clip you with an overhand or left hook if they come forward when you lean back
i see you trust your reflexes, i see why....i just started back boxing after a ten year hiatus....im the short guy, check out my footage in the training section.
im gonna focus on being a trainer just want some in ring experience to go with the knowledge of the sport
I appreciate it all bro...keep an eye out for me
A mix of hamed, malignaggi, and Floyd Mayweather jr.
I really hope there's no Amir Khan on that mix, or you are a KO waiting to happen.
Jokes aside, good skills. I liked your speed, volume, and uppercuts. The opponent never expected the uppercuts.
And good attitude. I love unorthodox boxers.
Hahaha there's no Amir Khan in the mix I can assure you :)
And I don't know where these malignaggi resemblance is coming from...must be cos' of my pic lol
Appreciate it bro...keep an eye out
good stuff bro....you watch a lot of hamed? how old are you and division?
you have swag, presence in the ring, and some speed and power....you turning pro at all?
Thank you bro!!
Damn right I watch a lot of the Prince haha...I'm 22, 154lbs and i'm turning pro in the New Year just holding out for a good deal
Would like to see better fundamentals. Hands up, chin down and not have your hands so low after you punch. Obviously the speed helped you on that clip and the combinations were nice. You're young and got time. Would like to see more fights/highlights if you got any
I'm going to be posting some more footage down the line
Very good hand speed, combinations and distance control but you seriously lack in defence. In the ams it can work when guys aren't hitting as hard but you gotta cover up and tuck that chin in.
Other than that, great style. Keep it up.
Respect bro...
I'm a little reckless in the video but my defense is sharp af lol
