PBF has better skill than Zab but not better power or speed. Cotto has shown that he was able to handle power that is superior to PBF's and he has also shown that he was able to handle speed that was equal to PBF's.
This means that PBF aint got no Gatti or DLH cake walk here. Cotto since moving to 147lbs has also shown excellent conditioning and great work rate. Combine all that with Cotto's resurrected jab and PBF has his hands full.
It wouldn't have anything to do with power or speed it would have everything to do with timing and accuracy since Cotto seems to get hurt/stunned by shots he don't see coming.
