First let me start by Congratulating Kelly Pavlik on an excellent fight where he showed a lot of heart and silenced many of his critics. At this point we all know that everyone time Kelly steps in the ring he mans up and brings it. However outside of the ring he has been acting like a real punk! What you all don't know is that Kelly Pavlik has two managers that have been with him for the last seven years. They were the ones that stepped up for Kelly when no one else would, they were the ones that would front Kelly money when no one else would and now Kelly is trying to screw them out of the money he owes them! Kelly, If you are reading this post it is time to Man up outside of the ring. You know what Tony and his partner have done for you, which makes it hard to understand why you are trying to screw them out of their cut of the prize money? How do you sleep at night knowing you are screwing these two guys. You are going to end up making millions of dollars, many up pay them their 120k and move on!

I would love to hear or read what Miranda said about Pavlik's power? Better yet, I would like to see what Miranda's face looks like today. For a 6'3" 170lb guy, Pavlik is throwing bombs. Apparently swinging the sledge hammer at the tire and using that Pectorqr push up machine is working.

Recently I witnessed Kelly Pavlik training and I have to be honest with you I was impressed with this guys punching power, however unimpressed with his feet. He needs to work on his foot speed instead of standing flat footed right in front of his opponent. On another note, I saw Kelly working out doing push ups on a steel contraption called the Pectorqr, I believe Kelly had their logo on his trunks in his last fight? Has anyone else used this in their training routine and or have any feedback?
