all aboard
This thread is killing me, thanks for the quality entertainment you are providing.
Glad to see that "Excusemaker" Express only has a few people on out of thousands on this board.
you klit fans can do all the talk
haye has the mentality, he is quicker, stronger and a better boxer than wlad. he will make the height and size advantage look like nothing
I have one question for you
What is wlad gonna do when Haye lands on his chin?
A better question is, will Haye land on his chin? Probably not.
I actually have an active bet that Wlad is going to KD/KO Haye with his jab.
In all seriousness, I'll be the first to give Haye props if he knocks Wlad out, I just don't see it happening.
Haye fans refuse to acknowledge the fact that Wlad throws, on average, 3 times as many punches per round as their man.
I guess it's a matter of taste, some people find a boxer who is very active with his jab more entertaining than a guy who runs 5 miles in the course of a fight.
Against Valuev Haye threw a grand total of 144 punches over 12 rounds. As far as I can tell that is the fewest punches ever attempted by a fighter in a 12 round fight in the history of boxing. I would love for somebody to show me an example of another man being so inactive in a championship fight, much less a fight he won (a joke like all his other fights at HW). Hell I don't need an example of 144 I will settle for an example of a guy throwing less than 200. Not only did Haye run all night, but he threw roughly 100 less punches over the distance than any other verifiable example I have come across.
As for Klitschko, even against Ibragimov (who didn't want to fight, whilst Valuev certainly did) Wladimir attempted about 350 punches. So in a fight that is often cited as an example of Wlad's boring style by the Haye minions, Wlad threw about 2.5 times as many punches as Haye did against Valuev.
You're wasting your breath here, most oh Haye's "fans" can't comprehend upper level math like that.
And then Kellerman and Haye sucked each other off in the dressing room. I was never a huge fan of Wlad but Haye is getting raped in that ring.
Wlad won by a KO in that room, by the way, Haye was petrified by the end of it.
They gave him bs contracts and wanted him to keep fighting them over and over. Now Haye gets his chance at baby brother first, when Haye knocks his head off lets see how fast big brother steps up to fight him and if he does we will witness his ***** style of fighting as we always do.
Have you seen those contracts?
I didn't think so...
Stop taking everything you hear for granted.
The original question was, who do you think is a good opponent for Vitali? You didn't answer that still, and you never will.
David Haye whove theyve toyed with for years trying to give him bad contracts.
That's the best bulls.hit you could come up with? David "Excusemaker" Haye bit.ched out of two fights with them. He should be thankful for getting another chance. If that's your best answer, this conversation is over.
Nah he's looking forward to it, its a paycheck, they get paid megabucks for fighting bums over there, because of the contract and the huge audiences who will come to watch anything. Trust me he would take this fight over anybody with a legitimate chance at beating him.
Like who? Who in your opinion has a legitimate chance? I love when people talk out of their ass.
But we still Povetkin, Adamek, Arreola, Chambers, etc.
That's the problem, Povetkin *****ed out of the fight with Wlad twice, so he's out of the picture.
Adamek is scheduled to fight Vitali and although I give him mad props for having balls to fight Vitali, we all know how that's going to play out.
Arreola should not be mentioned in a conversation about A-level fighters altogether.
Chambers is the only one who can outbox 95% of today's HW. He's another Byrd in the making, but with Klitschko brothers ruling the HW division, he'll have to wait until at least Vitali retires. BTW, he would box circles around Haye with one arm tied behind his back.
There is really nobody left. I can't wait until Boytsov has recovered from his 2 surgeries, he's bound to make some noise.
^^^ It's the lack of opposition that will prevent Vitali from getting his dues.
Him coming back after almost 4 years of retirement, going straight into the title fight, and making once "the most dangerous puncher in the division" look like an idiot is nothing short of classic.
Pardon me, but didn't Wlad beat both of them already? This is getting pathetic, can't we have a new name out there?
Wlad and Vitali should just come up with their own belt and drop all the trinkets.
Vitali hasnt fought any1 who ever moved quite as Adamek does
Byrd?
Gomez?
And last hopeful Solis?
All of them quick solid boxers. I don't take away from Adamek, I just don't see him making it happen. We all know he won't KO Vitali and I haven't seen Vitali losing many rounds in his life.
i hear where ur coming from
i just think that his angles and speed are going to really frusterate Vitali. Vitali is getting old, @ 39 and his birthday next month is going to push him to 40 by fight time; Its going to b hard with his 6'7" frame.
and i feel as tho Adamek levels up a good amount between each fight, so by the time hes signed with Wladimir he'll b set.
and need i say, imo he would beat Haye, as well?
I agree on Adamek beating Haye 100%.
I really don't see him beating Vitali though, Vitali makes his punches count, Adamek will slow down by 3rd or 4th round, nobody was able to sustain the speed after getting jabbed by Vitali.
no he doesn't.
The only person Calzaghe beats for sure is Taylor(original 6) and the add ins.
Kessler could go either way.
Calzaghe loses to Froch, Dirrell, Ward, and AA.
FOR SURE loses to Dirrell and Ward.
You are probably blinded with hatred for Calzaghe for some reason. On the other hand, you being retarded is a more likely scenario.
Prime Calzaghe beats any of the Super 6 with one hand behind his back. Late Calzaghe could have a few problems with Froch and Ward but still would make them look like punching bags in the end. The man was a genius in the ring, 1-2 rounds was all it took for him to adjust to anything the other fighter could bring on.
unless that fighter could move or fight on the inside. he never figured reid, bika, or hopkins out. he just threw a lot of punches and hoped the judges would see him the winner. straight line guys like lacy and kessler yep you are right he figured them out. good job joe!
Right... I've never seen anybody doing anything remotely close to Hopkins. Prove me wrong.

Yeah, that's blocked too. For some crazy reason, it thinks that there is scantily clad swimsuit models on the website; as if there is something wrong with that..
Try getting to Bild through this:

Just enter the link from Bat in the URL window and select USA, it should work around your blocks.
Cheers guys, thanks for the link
Boytsov needs to recover from his surgeries and get to top 20 already. He's got potential, he just needs to be more active against better opposition. As of now though, Chambers is 3rd.
If Byrd gave Vitali a tough fight in his prime, Chambers can only do better. Chambers is just as good as Byrd, hits harder, and has a different style.
Now Chambers vs Wladimir would be a mismatch.
Byrd did not give Vitali a tough fight, he was eating leather for 10 rounds until Vitali hurt himself.
Byrd was 10 times more active than Chambers, although I like Chambers' arsenal a little better.
Povetkin beat the shit out of Chambers.
Chambers struggled against Klitschko victims Sam Peter and Calvin Brock....Wlad brutally KO'd Brock and ruined his career, he was overweight and damaged goods when he fought he fought Chambers, came in at a career high 241 lbs, he was 223 lbs for the Wladimir Klitschko fight....Vitali easily destroyed Sam Peter, he also was damaged goods and overweight when he fought Chambers and came in at career high 267 lbs, he was 250 lbs against Vitali, 243 lbs against Wlad....Chambers only managed to win close split decisions over these shot Klitschko victims. If Peter and Brock were in shape, they would've outworked Chambers and won decisions....Chambers dosen't throw enough punches and he lacks heart, Povetkin beat the shit out of him and stole his heart, he totally outworked and overwhelmed Chambers and made him go into a cowardly shell in survival mode.
Chambers gets outclassed and destroyed by either Klitschko.
Chambers is the most technically sound fighter who doesn't hold the title today. Vitali vs. Chambers is the only fight that makes sense for Vitali. There is really nobody else out there.
On the other hand, Chambers is tailor made for Vitali, even at this stage in his career.
