Stevens would probably spit on his opponents unconscious body if he knocked him out cold, then youd see what kind of "human being" he really is.
Steven's knocked his last opponent(Kia Daniels) out cold and guess what.........He didn't spit on him he actually helped him up off the floor on to his stool.
