I got Kentucky tonight over KU. Not a fan of either team, especially since they both beat my team this season (UNC) and my little brother goes to Mizzou. So um...yea...go Kentucky? SMH.
He will circle away from Mayweather right hand and come in behind his jab from time to time. Similar to the way he fought Mosley and that will confuse Floyd since he will have to be the the pressure fighter and will have to use his legs for the first time as one.
Floyd was going to walk Cotto down either way. But there is nothing that Cotto can do (especially at this point in his career) to confuse Mayweather. That just won't happen. This will be a rather easy fight for Floyd, and that's no disrespect to Miguel Cotto.
The itch to join the foray is too strong eh COACH? :lol1:
FWIW thought the Kentucky segway would work well.
:lol1:
After his response, I realize that I should have stayed away.
:nonono:
Well I wouldnt expect it to to a well known Floydiot bumsniff, so no probs.:lol1:
About what I expected, nothing. Not sure I wasted the time responding.
Lead rights.
Sneaky work to the body.
Endurance in the championship rounds.
I'm giving Cotto, because I have always liked him, credit going all 12 and winning some rounds.
8-4, Mayweather.
I agree..I was thinking like 9-3, maybe even 10-2.
Everything about this faceoff was lame. Floyd and the checking scores bullsh** was garbage. For once I think Cotto will be the star of 24/7. Floyd's whole story will be him and 50 cent sniffing eachother's butt and the same exact training routine as the other 24/7s, while Cotto will be serious and training hard.
Yep, Gayfeather never trains hard or gets serious. Just plays slap and tickle with the Money Team.
Floyd thinks Cotto will come foward like Ortiz, Mosley, Marquez, or Hatton but Cotto will actually use side to side movement to out work Floyd and stay away from his right hand. Floyd will be very surprised with Cotto's gameplan come fight night. Floyd will have to use his legs like never before and he better be ready to cut the ring.
So Miguel will be running???
It won't be a one or two punch KNOCK OUT, ref counts to ten the fight is over. No, it will be a stoppage, TKO, accumulation of clean, flush left hooks and right hands.
I laugh at how you guys make Floyd out to be some mastermind whoop ass machine that turns into Neo from the Matrix and starts demolishing opponents. His offense consists of walking forward, throwing a left jab or a lead right and divng in with ELBOWS up to injure/stiffle the opponents offense. He's carrying boxing financially now so judges just ignore this garbage. I think Cotto's gonna pull a Castillo (first fight) only better. The elbows will be flying from FMJ....and after all that.....120-108 for Floyd. I hope Joe Cortez is not the ref.

Gobby = loudmouthed. And that it doesnt justify Manny's decision making makes you exactly the same as every other Floyd fan and is YOUR opinion. My opinion is based on what I would do if I was in Manny's shoes, and if someone called me a cheat repeatedly in public with absolutely nothing but amateurish assumption and jealousy to back it up with, then I would tell that person to **** off as well.
I lay more of the blame for this fight not happening with Floyd and I dont see how anyone couldnt for christs sake! That said, Manny's reliance on the advice given to him by the likes of Koncz and Arum is also a factor, just not the main one IMO.
Why did Manny even negotiate when this was said about him, then? Because Floyd Senior said what he did a month or so before Floyd and Manny teams even had talks. This argument that I highlighted literally makes no sense.
We need some shots of the stare-down.
That's how an old fashioned face to face stare-down is done.

Very awkward to see Floyd so friendly, I wonder if Floyd will start insulting Cotto and playing the bad guy as the fight inches closer.
Yes, he will. I can almost guarantee that.
