If he wants to fight for a title I'd say go for Cory Spinks. Spinks looked slow, old, and rusty in his last fight against Latimore and I think Cintron would beat him. If he wants to fight the best at 154, go after Williams and Martinez (again), but I think he'd get beaten against both of them.
I thought Danny Jacobs was going to campaign as a middleweight. For most of his fights he seems to weigh in around closer to the middleweight division than the super middleweight division.
After that, I'd say Ward and Dirrell. For me, I think it is a bit early to take a stance on Sutherland and Estrada.
After the Barrera fight I agree with Roach, Khan is way faster then Manny, too bad Manny still whoops his ass and Berto is quick too.
