I have never said Pacquaio was in his prime in 2015. .
Yes you did you lying mofo whenever I said Manny was shopworn you would counter with his p4p ranking like he was still a prime undefeated fighter
Spinks beat Holmes at his best 2x show some respect
Michael Spinks is a great win. But who else?
Old Larry Holmes coming out of retirement? Bruno?
Mike's record is so so thin.
He fought the best that was around.
You also said Larry Holmes was in his prime in 1985/86. Which he wasn’t.
Like I already said if you can claim Manny was still in his prime because he was #2 p4p with 60+ fights been ko'd. Then undefeated lineal champ Larry was too
Well, you are.
You’re arguing e.
I am not arguing. You are.
Spinks beat Larry.
Larry lost 2x.
They were competitive fights.
You a Floyd boy so you used to one sided cherrypicks
So you’re actually now trying to argue that those two fights weren’t either way fights?.
I am not arguing anything.
Spinks beat Larry 2x
Give him his credit
Tim was black balled by Don King. He had the right stuff in the mid 80's to defeat Tyson. IMO, he would have been Mike's best win if they fought, or he could have lost.
I'm not arguing that he has or not the right stuff, I'm talking about time line, from 1982 to 1986 he fought great competition starting with Mr. Sniper and ending with James Smith, among the renowned boxers Larry Holmes 0-1, Bone Crush 1-1, Tony Tubbs 1-0, Pinklon Thomas 0-1, Gregg Page 1-0, Frank Bruno 1-0. Mike Tyson debuted in 1985, by 11/86 he got a shot a Berbick, by 03/87 he was taking the belts from Smith, who has knocked Tim out at the end of 86, and 05/87 was Pinklon Thomas. They could have fought in 89-90, but Tim was putting back on track his career after his ko lost to Bone Crush.
Yeah, only to HW champ, but not higher?
...Of the era, too much telegraphing creates a rhytm which makes it predictable to pin down the target. See James Tillis, Douglas
They were close fights that Larry lost
First fight was razor thin. could have been a win for either. Larry in his prime was a handful for anyone throughout history and he wasnt losing to Spinks just a few years earlier
It's a good list and that's why he's justifiably rated quite highly.
But it's not a list that should put him anywhere near the ATG list.
Guy he was HW champ at like 18 or 19. Who else did that?
The only thing you can name for me is the prime all time great fighters Floyd beat and the natural welterweights Floyd beat
It's only been a month since I asked this
All you know is Floyd the cherrypicker. Go on boxrec and look up Tyson's resume
Riiiiight :haha:
Too scared to answer a simple question regarding integrity
Too scared to play your own game !!!
Utterly worthless as a human being
Typical Pac Boi
Regardless, it’s neither here nor there. Both were close either way fights that Spinks for the decision but he was fortunate to get both of those decisions. It’s just as simple as that.
Fuk that close either way crap. Mike Spinks beat the undefeated lineal champ then beat him again not some over the hill, washed paper champ like your boy Floyd with those mismatches where the outcome is predetermined give Mike Spinks the respect he deserve.
See that's what happens when you fight the real champ you get real fights not this fanboy sjjt
Well Floyd does has two fights that he arguably lost, it’s the same difference.
Floyd doesn’t have a fight where 91% of press row had him losing though like Spinks-Holmes 2.

Being the supreme COWARD that you are.
You won't find too many HOFers with as flimsy a resume as Pac's
Despite that Floyd was still scared of him when he was beating the brakes off everybody Floyd played pitty pat with on his cherrypicked resume
F u he was undefeated #1 heavyweight the man who beat the man and Spinks dethroned him
