Well he rehydrated to the 180s at light heavy.. 193 is barely 10ish lbs away. So was he cutting weight and 193 not being his fight night weight? 13 lbs of lean muscle is a lot to put on for a man over 30.

The weight limit was still 190lbs when Roy fought Ruiz in March 2003. I think it changed to 200lbs in January 2004.
