Yall owe AJ an apology. He was criticized for losing to a former cruiserweight yet the bigger Fury got knocked down by the cruiserweight and had a harder night than AJ
Sorry. That was meant for that fifth root dude who keeps reporting you over and over. That post I responded to was one he reported. My bad
No worries. I know fifth_root doesn't like me, which is why I was teasing him in this thread. I didn't know he disliked me that much though.
As you can see, both ended the fights on their feet, completing the 12 rounds.
None. Check the rules. (Or maybe I should answer Usyk-Dubois in Round 5?)
And that brought a knockdown yet still ended in a split decision.
How is that (trash-talking) related to what we discuss?
That is considered a weakness or what (you mean fighting on the back foot)?
So? Did that change the fact that Usyk outclassed AJ way more than his rather close victory against Fury?
Did Fury enjoy the fight or have fun I don't care, I am not one of those "people". He said so - whatever. This fight was way better than any of the Joshua-Usyk.
I accept we see some things differently.
I am looking forward to the rematch because the chance Fury beats Usyk is not less than it was for this fight but he should be more aggressive. Otherwise, he was in great shape and used the right tactics overall. If it wasn't for his knockdown, he could have won the fight or at least had it a draw. But it is his mistake and is about time to stop relying on the fact that he is very hard to be KOed because this is dangerous g*mblin'.
Dude. Stop reporting people for nothing. It’s annoying.
No idea what you're talking about. I haven't reported anybody.

Fury makes things look more impressive with his tongue out and his arms in the air... but were they really more impressive?
Round 6 for Fury felt like as much a big moment as round 9 did for Joshua. Then rounds 8/9 for Usyk against Fury felt as much a momentum shifter as round 10 did against Joshua.
Ultimately you're looking at two guys who showed a bit, only for Usyk to adjust and win the fight.
I've never been a fan of the idea of a 'good' loss. I'm certainly not a fan of rating one loss against another. Usyk just beat them both in whatever way was needed.
And how they fought Usyk shows us nothing about how Fury and Joshua would fight each other.
Hey man. Stop reporting people for nothing. It’s ridiculous
Usyk solved the Fury right uppercut issue and was swerving the straight right also after round 7. I guess the accurate straight right of AJ which can always fuck you up was too much of a risk for Usyk to go ham on AJ
He didn’t. They both lost.
AJ won 3 rounds the first fight and 4 rounds the second. Fury won 4 rounds.
aside from round 9 in the second fight, Fury’s 4 won rounds were more impressive I guess, but who cares about being the best loser? EDIT - British people, obviously

Good answer but you are right we do see things differently like you I totally agree Fury was much more competitive with Usyk than AJ was and that was because he got his tactics right but nevertheless still lost. I feel in both AJ fights with Usyk he got his tactics totally wrong and paid the price. Maybe I’m clutching at straws but with the right tactcian such as Davidson Joshua has the arsenal to defeat Usyk. I’ve always felt he beats Fury, mainly because of his style and lack of power. Fury is a sloppy offensive fighter.
I think the tactics AJ chose to fight Usyk weren't wrong theoretically but he lacked the speed to execute, so it wasn't his way to victory.
I wonder, kafkod, what is your struggle in life?
As you can see, both ended the fights on their feet, completing the 12 rounds.

Fury is bi-polar, what's your excuse?
He didn't. Usyk did not know if he won after the fury fight. He knew after the Joshua fights.
Usyk knew he'd won, but he didn't know if he was going to get jobbed or not.
Reminder: Usyk/AJ 2 was also a split decision win for Usyk.
He didn’t. They both lost.
AJ won 3 rounds the first fight and 4 rounds the second. Fury won 4 rounds.

Who was the most hurt in all three fights?
As you can see, both ended the fights on their feet, completing the 12 rounds.
Which fight should had been stopped?
None. Check the rules. (Or maybe I should answer Usyk-Dubois in Round 5?)
Who was more dazed by the accumulation of punches?
And that brought a knockdown yet still ended in a split decision.
Who claimed he can never be beat by a middleweight?
How is that (trash-talking) related to what we discuss?
Who fought on the Blackfoot virtually the whole fight?
That is considered a weakness or what (you mean fighting on the back foot)?
Who was out jabbed considering he had a considerable reach advantage?
So? Did that change the fact that Usyk outclassed AJ way more than his rather close victory against Fury?
I totally agree with you Fury was by far more competitive than AJ but Usyk never made AJ look like Bambi on ice skates in any round. It’s funny when I hear people say Fury was having fun in there because his hands were behind his back....... Anyway let’s see if he takes the rematch after all Usyk is not Wilder, Fury appreciates he has to be better in the rematch and we all know Fury doesn’t do potentially dangerous rematches( Wilder was tailor made for him)

AJ was hurt enough and on the ropes one. Anyway, who gave tougher and more competitive fight? Who hurt Usyk more? Which of the three fight was the closest?
