Even if you watch all of his defensive training stuff with Eddy, it's all for hooks. Jab does count, it can control a fight. Even Floyd to a point if a fighter jabbed he didn't do anything. Especially with Canelo being shorter than most at his weight the jab is important.

Munguia actually CAN box. For a Mexican, he actually had a pretty long amateur career. Of course this fight will be fan friendly. Munguia isn’t going to lay down in there unless he’s forced to. And let’s face it, Canelo looked on the decline vs Bivol, Ryder and GGG. And I didn’t see that killer instinct vs Charlo either. This will be an action packed fight and well worth buying it.
