Fury basically admits Ngannou won't be a cake walk even now... Ngannou will need a good rest but after that it's better if he fights Parker. Ngannou will knock him out. Parker can't hurt him and his chin is mediocre.
Who do you guys think Ngannou should try his luck on?
The problem with a Parker fight is that it's not as exciting for the public. Most people don't know who Parker is.
We should stop making excuses for Fury. He himself admitted that he trained for 12 weeks for the fight. I want to believe that he never thought Francis could be that tough and strong. Also, I guess he came in heavy in order to bully Francis but it backfired.
Francis fought well against Fury and should be be given the respect he deserves. He was inactive for 2 years prior to facing Fury and has never box a professional boxer until that night. Even a Fury with one hand tired to his back and with no training at all should have beaten Francis with three rounds if truly Francis is unskilled.
Styles make fights as Fury admitted. Invariably, a Francis might still beat a Fury if he approach another fight with Francis with the same tactics.
I use my eyes way more than my ears, Im not making excuses it means nothing to me I think Fury is over hyped to the sht house as a HW champ, I know what I saw he never trained for it, and nowhere like he is training for Ursk, I doubt they fight again because there are so many big HW fights in the way, but Francis might box again and we will see what happens if he fights another good heavy handed HW. Zhang would do the same as AJ did.
Fury would beat him easy as, he only has to take it seriously, he didn't train for the first one and is not a big puncher so not training hurt his best assets speed timing accuracy, AJ took it really seriously and it showed, Francis vs Fury was smoke and mirrors I said then and more so now, I guareentee the Fury vs Ursk will be in way better shape than he was for Francis, you even see that it in how slimmed up he is already.
Mayweather did a few weeks training for Connor, Fury thought he could do the same and made a big mistake because of Francis's sheer size and power, Francis makes too many mistakes in boxing any of the big punching top HWS will sleep him.

I recently told someone that despite Ngannou devastating defeat in the hands of AJ. I still see him beat Fury if they ever meet again. Fury now solely depend on his size and weight to win fights and that will be counter productive when fighting an MMA giant like Ngannou who can easily wrestle his way out of a clinch and hugs.

Fury is 35, on the decline, has a 2 fight deal with Usyk that will take him into 2025 and has huge public demand to face AJ
Fury doesn`t care what others think. he was obligated to rematch Klitschko, but found the way to duck it.
If Fury beats Usyk, he will likely retire and d.uck a rematch. He will fake a mental illness again.
I wouldn`t put my money on the chance that Fury ever fights Joshua. Likely not.

Safe to say the chances of him fighting Francis again are very low.
Probably only way it happens is if Francis has another fight, beats someone decent and then AJ takes a loss or major injury, then maybe public will be ok with a Fury-Francis rematch.
Hey, I'm all for Francis getting paydays. He's a great guy who worked with Dana who we all know doesn't pay his fighters.
I more blame the WBC for ranking him and sanctioning them as pro bouts. They could have just been exhibitions.
How much will Francis slip in ranking now?
The WBC president said that it would be controversial NOT to rank him in the top 10.
We are going to keep this circus going until the guy is 0-5

AJ V Wilder would be a good stay busy fight for AJ.
Ngannou V Jarrell Miller would work for me. A good test for Frances and not a gimme for Miller.
Parker has his rematch to take care of. The log jam created by Fraudy's inactivity means guys like Dubois, Sanchez, Hrgovic etc have to waste years of their careers not doing much or taking v risky fights when they've gotten in position near the top of the ocntenders. Fury has damaged the sport and hopefully he mans up and takes the AJ fight so we can see his big lying face get smashed to pieces.
