Nah he never pulled to the groin, he grabbed his left side where he was punched, he clearly had all the air knocked out of him, from a body shot, not a nut shot. Its not what he grabbed it is how he initially reflexively reacted. You do not "have the air knocked out of you" when you are grimacing over an extended period. He never reacted like he had the air sucked out of him.

As you can see it is low, the thumb is on the belt, and the rest of the glove is under the belt. Could have made a big mistake if the ref deducted any point as didnt look intentional

It's a hard call live. With the glove landing BELOW the belt, it leaves room for questioning. I don't know. It's hard to say and if Usyk lost because of that, there will be the other side saying he was robbed and lost to a low blow. I honestly rather have it be a low blow and require DuBois to land a more decisive KO punch than that. That's sort of the way I see it, though at the time I thought it was a legal punch. Punch was on the belt line so far as I can tell by photos and replays I’m seeing on YouTube. In the post fight interview when Usyk’s people is are asking for clarification of what is a legal blow, he is told anything below the belly button is low, any lunch that touches the pants (trunks) is low. To my eyes it didn’t look low, it was right on the belt line, but refs are given the discretion to make the call.

Reaction. Liver shots are like "gunshots" a person initially freezes then the body kind of drops as it is overwhelmed with pain, to me they really do look like someone got shot. 2. Body shots vary, but the person has a tendency to try to stand up and either can, or drops 3. Groin shots are like Usyk's reaction... Probably his cup was tapped, as the shot did not appear to be in the groin. I know from experience that some of the worse groin shots are actually like a slap, and the person goes down like Usyk did... What matters is the point of punch impact not simply where the glove brushes on the way to impact. This photo is the most accurate. I don't agree, looking at the videos and stills its borderline it travels up and pulls the cup into the nuts, it's very hard to call on the fly as it's only an inch in it. That photo is not the most accurate how you can state something like that there is no way of knowing where the impact was in the trajectory of the ark.
