I say it again.
Bring on the guy that is not too scared to fight back.
This debate reminds me on Canelo debate before Bivol beat him.
did you miss the whole Donaire experience? He wasn't afraid at all and got beat up in fight 1 and KTFO in fight 2
Not quite as big. But if he keeps dominating he should keep going up.
That photo is from a 40+ year old retired Manny though. He does seem a few inches taller, their stats must be off. I see no reason he can't make 130 at least, he is probably as big as tank.
Manny moved up 8. Dela Hoya 6. Im sure there are quite a few more. You never answered my question, why could manny fight at 154, but Inoue can't go past 126? Same dimensions, his frame might be a bit smaller but thats it.

He said 122 Is about his limit but I think 126 is doable for him.
I think 130 is stretch but who knows
The guy is a freak talent
I feel like you are right
130 might be to much
If he goes up to 130 and loses , I’d still have tremendous respect for him
True talent , by true I mean through and through
Yeah, I don't disagree. And I highly doubt he would play that kind of game. He's clearly the sort of fighter who will jump right in against the consensus best guy in the division in his debut at that weight so hardly the same as the cherry pickers and secondary title chasers that are getting to be so common.
But other posters are thinking he can equal or surpass Pacman's achievement, and that seems far fetched without shenanigans considering the last two divisions are pretty stacked.
What other posters are thinking is inconsequential, the important thing is what he does.
He could have cruised and won that fight 12-0 ... then he opened up, received a few shots and then went bang. Imagine if this guy was American, he'd be a billionaire by now.
Not fighting at 122 he wouldnt.
He can only make 8 figures in Japan from that weight class

Inoue's not young anymore, he's getting older, you know how crazy and taxing it is on the body to be jumping up and down weight, the damage it can do to your internal organs and squeezing into new weight classes.
If Inoue moves up to 126, he'll be defeated by any Featherweight.
Moving up 4 weight classes is the max for any fighter, going to 5 is pushing it and extremely risky.
Manny Pacman is the only fighter in history to fight at 6 different weight classes so he's an exception to the rule.

He has the same dimensions as Manny, so why is everyone saying 126 is his limit? He is very lean he should be able to get to 135 if Manny made 154.
People are getting a bit carried away now also. He is moving up but not fighting any elite fighters. Fulton was a good fighter but nothing more.

Beating Rolly, what is it does for inoe? Nothing, I know some current champions has pull this kind of crap just to call himself a champ in another division. It's bs. You too small, don't go there. He doesn't need this type shenanigans to be a great fighter, he already is.

Because he's too small IMO to make it past 135, let alone take on Teo, Prograis, etc, with his style. But I'm sure people thought the same about Pacquiao, so who knows. I figure sniping some low hanging fruit is about the only way he would hit 8 divisions with how loaded 135/140 are right now.

He'll run through featherweight like a hot knife through butter.right now. Could he go as far as 130?
He's kind of short so I think 130 would be pushing it. 126 will probably his limit.
Edit: Inoue's in his 30's, no more moving up for him, 122 is his limit. Let's see how long he can hold on to his titles.
Why Rolly? Why not the real champion at the weight? Rolly? Just to collect useless junk.

Agreed. We're witnessing a potential ATG run here. Will be interesting to see how far he wants to take it, but the fights only get harder the higher in weight class he tries to go, and I'd like to see him as close to his prime as possible when he hits the really tough ones. I don't see him matching Pacman though in terms of divisions. 135 is too stacked, and he's too small, and he'd have to get a title at 140.
Although, maybe he could hop up and take Rolly to school. I bet WBA would sanction that if Rolly is still "champ" by the end of the year.
