Why Haney didn't get at least a point deducted for all his fouls against Loma?

Elbows, holding and hitting, and a disgusting amount of blatant rabbit punches during the clinch the biased referee gave Haney multiple warnings but otherwise didn't do jack shit about it Poor Loma felt so frustrated and helpless at some point due to the dirty fouling, that he tackled Haney to the ground with a wrestling move, but aside from that he kept it clean, like the class act he is Loma, another euro getting shafted on american soil, victim of a biased referee, judges and venue favoring the local fighter even if he's a dirty cheater.
