Neither has TBRB https://tbrb.org/p4p
He is the undisputed champion at 135. Every other undisputed champion in the 4 belt era has entered the top 10 P4P rankings.
Why haven’t the journalists voted him in yet?
Is he just that unlikeable?
Did he rub everyone the wrong way with his email complaint to the WBC customer service to become champion by beating no one?
Will he finally get in this week with this win* over Lomachenko?
He's a dork who thinks he's cool because he always roots for the non-mainstream fighters.
But seriously most of those guys aren’t even draws. Crawford consistently sells like under 100k PPV’s.
Have you taken a look around? Not many think Haney beat Loma. Not many are impressed. You are one of the few.
And quite honestly dude, the whole “real boxing fans” thing is cringe. It makes you look like you think you’re some kind of Hall Monitor. You’re in a forum with members who have been watching boxing for decades. Labeling yourself and those who thought Haney won as “real boxing fans”, doesn’t make Haney’s win* more impressive.
It’s a trash ass win, his stock went down. Tank’s stock went up in the eyes of everyone. His peers, writers, fans. “Real” or not.
You're giving this forum way too much credit first of all. It's full of retards who make ridiculous posts daily. I've been watching and going to fights since I was 8 years old and I know what I am watching. Just because you don't like Haney doesn't change the fact that it's scored round by round and he did enough work in enough rounds to pull the fight off. I was rooting for Loma the whole time and i was up off my feet cheering for him late in that fight but he just came up short. He fought an amazing fight and people expected him to get washed. The fight could have went either way but they gave it to Haney. Crying about it won't ever change the outcome same as GGG-Canelo 1, it is what it is.
Again, anyone who knows boxing knows a win over Loma is much more impressive than a win over Ryan. Tank did it more impressively of course but the talent level is miles apart.
Why would Tanks stock go up? He wasn't in there fighting.
Is it because the fickle sore loser fans of Loma have already flocked over to Tank? Please Tank get revenge for us and Loma!

Worst thing was all the s*** Haney spoke, claiming Loma ducked him and that he'd never lose to a white boy.
He's lucky that fight didn't happen 4 years ago because a prime Loma would have knocked him the fuck out.
Except he didn't lose to Loma.... Tank gained casual fans who don't know **** about boxing and good for him, he'll sell PPV and make money but real boxing fans know which win is more impressive

In the eyes of the mainstream - the fans, pundits etc... he lost, and that's all that matters. Perception.
Let's be honest though most people don't know sh$$ about boxing. they saw Loma come on late and forgot about the earlier rounds Haney won with the bodywork and just pulling out close rounds. He got beat up late I agree and the perception because of that is that he lost but round by round he barely pulled it out or it could have went 115-113 loma or 114-114 draw.
GGG won even clearer vs Canelo in the first fight in most peoples eyes as well but it doesn't change the fact that he didn't get a W on his record for the history books.
Loma will get a title again, Haney is done at 135. Shakur and Loma will fight next year and the torch will be passed.
It doesn't mean anything in particular other than exposing hype and popularity with fantasy scenarios as some supposed form of logic.
It illustrates more of what is wrong with boxing in regards to how many silly belts are out there, weight bullies, nit-picking, hype and its getting worse as time goes by.
Before you could at least understand it a bit more when say a Floyd Mayweather was #1 p4p or even Andre Ward, when Roy Jones Jr was P4P - Okay that is RJJ if you say he is P4P he is P4P, no issue, no argument from anyone. These days its just, yeah.
As if the actual official ratings that matter aren't bad enough for most part
P4P isn't that hard to understand or deduce.
Look at your avi

So The Ring and TBRB haven’t placed Haney in their top 10 P4P rankings because they are just a popularity contest?
So Inoue, Bivol, Taylor, Usyk, Loma, Betebiev, Estrada made it in because they’re popular, big ticket sellers?
He's a dork who thinks he's cool because he always roots for the non-mainstream fighters.
Losing to Lomachenko isn’t more impressive than KO’ing Ryan Garcia. Sorry.
Guaranteed Tank gained way more respect for his win over Ryan Garcia than Haney did for his win* over Lomachenko. Guaranteed. I’d bet money on that. Tank gained fans for his fights over Cruz, Rolly and Garcia. Well deserved too.

Honestly, nowadays you get more accolades knocking out bums then beating legit great fighters. The Loma fight wasn't a robbery, it was a close fight that went his way and Loma fought great so Haney deserves credit for the victory. It's way more impressive than beating Ryan Garcia who's beat nobody and quit like a *****

''Inoue is P4P #1 in my eyes cause if he had greater bone density and was a ft taller and had 110lbs of lean muscle he'd kill every HW''
Yeah and if you was as hung as your local milkman the wife wouldn't have had an affair and left you for him.
They live in a f*cking bubble.
How about TBRB?
How about, like, almost everybody?
Devin Haney himself claims he wants to be seen as the best, he wants the validation, he wants to be seen as the #1 P4P boxer.
So don’t speak for him like you’re his wife. Haney said it himself, he wants to be considered #1 P4P. He isn’t, and he cares about that.
He is already a great at a young age and earned his titles the hard way. Deal with it. I don't speak for him, but I can always give my opinion as I am free to do what I want, and after seeing the way he is treated, he should not be placing too much weight on people's arbitrary opinions because he doesn't need it. I don't need you to tell me what I should be thinking because you are just an irrelevant casual to me.

I don't know how it works as the criteria constantly changes depending on which fighters they're busy trying to force down my throat and tbh I don't care as its just meaningless nonsense. They're as bad as these geeks that sit arguing who would win fantasy fights between comic book characters. Its not reality! Its a weird fetish or something.
''If we shrunk Tyson Fury down 120lbs and a ft in height and reach and put him against Errol Spence...'' Its just some weird fantasy stuff made up by dorks who need to go get some fresh air and interact with women if you ask me.
Because its just a glorified popularity contest.

Why would anyone need the ring's arbitrary and biased opinions as validation. Grow a spine pls...
