Bivol: I don’t want to go back and fight the guys I beat already

There you go Bivol, that's what you need to do. Go forward not backwards and beat Beterbiev for all the 175 gold. Canelo rematch is pointless and unnecessary.

I want to push on for my goals – for more belts.” “For my pride, for my legacy, I want to have more belts.” ​ Yeah right that's why it's likely he's going to sit out till Sept for that Canelo payday to come through again. You want the Canelo payday so does your team i get it every would and we know it sounds good fooling the fans like you don't. His manager said himself not enough money in the Beterbiev fight if "legacy" was a priority that wouldn't be a issue. Not hating on Bivol everyone would do the same but you can bet he and his team are waiting on Canelo rematch, that payday is 10x his next biggest payday he can get. They getting punched for a living in a short career everyones priority is to maximise their earnings first. Then legacy etc

A close fight is one thing, a dominant fight, like how he beat CONelo is another. But money talks and if Alvarez wants another schooling, fcuk it, Bivol get your money for that easy work

Nelo needs to convince Bivol that a rematch fight will be exciting, entertaining and challenging... (and I think it will be true only if the rematch fight happens @ 168).... If Nelo insists on 175 then he needs to cough up a lot of money to convince Bivol then ....

Canelo still deserves p4p#1 status. I would definitely watch him rematch Bivol, but unless someone at LHW does career altering damage to Bivol he beats Canelo again. Of course he is. I don't get the thought process in some fight fans. They want the best to fight the best but feel a fighter should not go after a guy who beat them.... Is that how boxing works ? Avoid dangerous fighters ? I mean, it worked for GGG his entire prime years so it must matter on who a fight fan is a fan of :lol1: !!! Nelo is a fighter and losing isn't going to sit well with him. Yeah, the scores were laughable. It was pretty one sided......and it was an upset. People hate Nelo now, imagine him spending his prime years fighting guys like Ouma, Simon, Fuchigami, etc. Those same haters called Biv a cherry and mocked Nelo prior to the fight. Indeed, however Bivol/Canelo wasn't even close, it was a complete and utter white-wash (ginger-wash??). Judge scorecards had me laughing in disbelief. Agreed. Some great delusion on the first page of this thread. Canelo NEVER beats Bivol, Bivol is YOUNGER THAN CANELO! Not a bandwagoner, I have always claimed Bivol would dominate Canelo and dominate he did. If they were two no-names people wouldn't scoff at Bivol/Canelo being a 12-0 wash. Not a crime to get back at a person who beat you. GGG did it 2x. By declaring Biv a unanimous auto win, is that an insult ? I would say Biv would mop the ring with any version of GGG as well.

He outboxed and outclassed Canelo. Can’t say I have any sympathy for Canelo after he refused a rematch to GGG and waited four years until he turned 40 to grant him one. Call it karma, poetic justice, or blame it on tainted beef, Canelo is learning what happens when your ego gets too big for the sport. I wouldn’t look past Zurdo, I don’t think he is an easy fight for Bivol. If he should pull off an upset, will Canelo set aside his rule not to fight Mexicans?

ggg was too much of a wuss to keep his ''anyone'' promise and us fans loved it. stacking bums wins on top of each other all in the name of breaking a record. us gggroupies cried about nelo being so much younger than ggg. we don't cry when he fights young bums. we love those type of opponents. nice and safe..biv should do what nelo did and move up if a div is dead. i'm glad biv was not around when ggg was prime :lol1: 100% in agreement :fing02:

This thread isn’t about ggg. It’s about Bivol/Canelo. Try to keep up. Read slowly if you need to. It's all in the same orbit. GGGroupies were calling Biv a cherry I'm pointing out how that cherry would have wrecked PRIME GGG. Stop protecting GGG. As for this thread, maybe Biv can do what Nelo did and move up.

The GGGroupies are the most hypocritical bunch of zombies in all of sports (now that the Pac Bois are defunct). ggg and bivol both beat canelo so not sure how you can say bivol is better. the rest of bivol's resume is definitely not as good as ggg's. if you are saying bivol will win because he is bigger then yeah probably but isnt that always the case?
