He gave AJ a tight deadline and then went on to spend longer in negotiations with Chisora.
Fury is a joke.
He’s the best HW by some distance but he’s a compulsive liar and drugs cheat.
It was a massive PR stunt from both sides. There were no real negotiations. Everybody involved knew this fight was never happening but still led the public down the garden path AGAIN.
Their adviser Kinahan is recently on the run, the fight will never happen until he escapes to a country with no extradition treaty.
Until then the Gypsy Queen and TUE Joshua will fight washed up bums.
Thought this was the perfect time to revisit this thread.
So Fury is fighting Chisora for a third time and AJ isn’t even fighting in December. :lol1:
Can’t wait for the trilogy of “agreements” next year.

I can't see it happening. Saying that I thought the same thing about Benn v Eubank, and Parker v Joyce. I thought that was dead in the water after Parker signed to Sky.
Think it may happen.
Especially as it’s the only real time it would feasible in the U.K.
I can’t see them doing it in Cardiff when they could do it in Saudi for double next year. Massive PR stunt IMO. Obviously hope I’m wrong.
I think the fight happens.
I beleive the people behind AJ realize the cash cow will eventually run dry and are trying to maximize their profit.
Their choices ( IMO ) were something like :
-Fight a few mid level guys then go for a title shot again.
Problem - risks losing before getting a title shot and all's pretty much lost.
- Fight Wilder for a big money fight.
Problem - Wilder might flatten him and pretty much end his career as an Elite HW.
Fighting Fury for the title in a UK mega fight is the best option for Team Joshua IMO.
Nobody really expects him to win so if he does lose its not as big of a deal.
Plus the Wilder fight will still be there.
I thought the were completely full of shit last year when they said they were gonna fight.
I think they're legit this time though. Only thing is I think its an insanely stupid decision on Joshua's part.
