Inoue had a broken orbital bone in Rd 2 of his Donaire fight and he still finished on top .. That's greatness
Jay Opetaia had his jaw broken twice in his fight with Briedis . He didn't use that as an excuse . He finished on top .. That's greatness
Whoever is using the "Loma had a shoulder injury" excuse to diminish the GREAT night Teofimo had ,, needs to accept Loma is not that great

and iirc , the "shoulder injury excuse" wasn't even his first excuse . His first excuse was blaming it on the judges and saying the fight was fixed . Once that excuse failed , he backtracked and went with the shoulder excuse
AJ accepts his losses and continues to challenge top fighters , That's Greatness
Loma does not accept his losses and fights the leftovers of his contemporaries resumes (pedraza, commey, nakatani) The media then hypes it up like he's fighting death row killers ... That's Not Greatness

Every great fighter makes excuses after they lost, especially if they're still in their prime when the loss occurred. Joshua doesn't make excuses because he's mentally weak and doesn't have the makings of being a great fighter.
Ray Leonard after losing to Duran: Duran got into my head and I didn't fight the fight I wanted.
Duran after losing to Leonard: I wasn't in shape.
Hearns after losing to Duran: I had a hard time making 147lbs.
Mayweather after the controversial decision against Castillio: I had a shoulder injury.
Mayweather after the controversial decision against Maidana: The ref was biased and let him fight dirty.
Pacquiao after losing to Morales: I didn't have the gloves I preferred.
Morales after losing to Pacquiao: I needed a break from the sport and I was weight drained.
Toney after losing to Jones: I didn't properly make the weight.
Teo after losing to Kambosos: I didn't properly make the weight
I could go on and on but you should get the point. Competitive great fighters don't believe they can be beaten and losing just means they weren't in top form. I'm more concerned about AJ's lack of not making excuses because no great fighter behaves that way no matter how much you want to think being a great sport after getting your ass whipped is great.
May be the case in basketball, maybe the case in football, and maybe the case in similar sports but in boxing, great fighters never admit to being an inferior fighter.
Lomachenko was a lot of people's great white hope.
I remember threads about him before he turned pro saying he would beat 135 Floyd, would go unbeaten as a pro, ATG all that.
I said back then I wasn't convinced, if he was so great why hide in the amateurs fighting kids for so long. Well Salido showed why.
A very cleverly matched few years followed then Teo well and truly burst the bubble.
What did Teo do? Walking like a mummy chasing air is. You only get away with that in your hometown.
Teo BLATANTLY exposed himself shytting his pants for the rematch. Straight up denied it, showing himself to be the true coward that he is.

What did Teo do? Walking like a mummy chasing air is called 'smart agression' ?

What did Teo do? The MUMMY imitation now wins fights ?
You were reference HIM through yourself.
Just when I thought stupid couldn’t get any more pathetic. If I ever write anything this stupid someone please put me out of my misery. You’d be doing me and the human race a favor.
Yes, dummy, I brought that too your attention, AGAIN. Seems you don’t mind being a burden to society. Your parents must be proud.

How can u win a fight plodding like a zombie hitting nothing but air the first 6 rounds ? Where are those scores based on ? What parameters ?
If a MFer suffered a prefight/training camp injury, postpone the fight.
No one wants to hear any excuses about why you lost.
If you got hurt during a fight, oh well.
No one wants to hear that crap either.
''I don't want to make any excuses, but......'' :lol1:
- - It weren't never an excuse. U are the excuse for the devolvement and debasement of mankind.
Loma refused to cancel a fight, paid the price, and went straight into surgery and then straight into WAR as a Man and Protector of his People.
Yes, it is. Shoulder injuries are much more devastating to a boxer than an orbital bone or jaw.
You will not find a boxer in history who won a fight after their shoulder was impaired during the fight. You will find multiple fighters who won fights with broken jaws and eyes.
It's the most devastating injury, besides tearing your knee or Achilles.

It's not a difference of opinion, it's the way you say it. Spoiled? I earned everything I got. You sound like you have early Alzheimer's or some sort of traumatic head injury. You go turbo over nothing, dude isn't even talking to you and you're wishing death on him. WTF.
Wishing death? Where you get that idea. I was talking about myself. You that dumb?

Its very similiar pattern to Pac-mayweather.
Post fight in the ring Pac never said anythign about the shoulder. He just claimed he was robbed and won the fight outright. Then after he had time to talk to his team, promoter ect privately, they revealed their new excuse at the press conference, muh shoulder was bad. It was never mentioned in the corner, never picked up on by anyone during the fight, Nothing about the shoulder ever came up in the ring that night.
He asked for and was refused an injection for shoulder pain before the fight, why?
You know better than this
Jesus man, why are you so toxic to strangers not even talking to you?
So you disagree with my reasoning?? A difference of opinion is “toxic” to your fragile ego? Wish their was only one way of seeing life? Wish the world was only one way? Your way?? Typical spoiled brat.

You think after people paid 100 dollars for that farce, he was going to admit it straight out there in the ring? He was told not to say sh!t before the fight because of the bettings. No way he would say anything immediately.
so you can't debate the topic at hand?
just go on a "what defines stupid" rant?
How can I debate with someone who just is a boxing fan and not a student of the game. If you boxed and was good at it. You would understand.
