Like him or not Haney did what he had to do in another country to become undisputed.
I have a bright idea, why don't yall focus on what George should have did to win, how could he could have got past that jab, how he could have been more effective in the ring.
Instead of complaining what the winner should have did?
Elite fighters don't let their opponent dictate the fight, point your crusty fingers at George!
Tank a better inside fighter and stronger, Tank has better tools to deal with prepare for his clinching. Haney would probably get clipped and have to weather the storm if he beats him imo Tanks win and I think Shakur has the best chance of beating him not Haney
Haney's clinching would triple the amount in a Tank Davis fight, believe me. Not really easy to beat a guy determined not to get hit by clinching like hell. Davis is even easier to clamp like with a vise grip because he's tiny.
Inside fighting in a Haney fight is entirely irrelevant. It will never happen.
Haney will show more once, he is pushed past his primary game plan.
If his opponents cannot get past his primary game plan, then he will just fight like he did vs Kambosos Junior.
That is the type of fighter, I think he is etc.
Davis & Lomachenko will get past his primary game plan. So he will have to show more.
I think Lomachenko maybe will do better against Haney than Davis. In terms of winning rounds.
But Tank Davis is more dangerous with his timing and power. He will be looking for that one punch, in every single round etc.
What would Tank Davis have done in a fight with Haney?
I would guess Devin would crank the clinching up even more because, unlike George, Tank got power. What's your opinion on this? What would Tank do in a fight with Haney?

That's not necessary true, we don't know how he will react when faced with a more determined fighter that forces him to fight at a different pace.
Until a fighter comes and forces him to fight at their pace don't blame him for keeping the fight at a pace that benefits him.
Even-though I would've liked for Haney to go through the gears, I can't disagree with your point. When he tried to be more aggressive/entertaining against Linares, he got stunned and had to hold on for dear life. He already took a risk by going to Kambo's backyard, so I can't really hold it against him for not giving Kambo opportunities to counter him. Kambo was the one under pressure to make it an entertaining fight, not Haney. I'm not gonna pretend like I was a fan of all the clinching though. I will say this: the lack of entertainment value will hurt TR's ability to sell a rematch. IDK how they'll manage to do pull that one off.
Its more so focusing on the fact that he does the absolute bare minimum. Fights at once pace, no urgency, no killer instinct. All things that will be his downfall when he fights elite competition.

You may be right but that has nothing to do with last night.
