Now we know why Jermell has been balking at Crawford and telling him to STFU. Charlo did what he should have done in the first fight. He had a 5’7” flat-footed brawler standing in front of him all night landing steadily all night. Crawford would box his ears off. It was a good fight, and Castano brought it, but he is not world class.
Crawford hid from prime welters by signing an extension with Top Rank to duck them without ducking them. Now he finally left TR to fight the past prime, close to retirement versions of the guys he ducked.
Porter? Check.
Spence said his time is short due to the accident? Let’s fight him he is damaged goods now.
Jermell Charlo was beaten by Castaño and Harrison? Sounds easy, I want him next.
Smfh. Terence “Dud” Cherryford.
Ridiculous. He came up from 135. Most of those prime welters ran from 152-to 154 (esp Thurman and Spence) b/c Andrade and Lara wanted to fight them when they were at 154 in the early days. Andrade/Thurman had amateur history. Crawford worked his way up as he was supposed to. There are no excuses for Thurman demanding a 10 million guarantee to fight Crawford and Danny turning down 3 million + PPV. Crawford carried Porter if it is the teen friendship from the amateurs or whatever he carried him. There is absolutely no way Crawford beat the breaks off of Gold Medalist Olympian Diaz who was undefeated (Peterson's fight was a rigged robbery) with a far superior boxing ability than bumrush Porter. 100% sure Porter/Horn would have been a sloppy draw if they had fought and Crawford wrecked Horn with no prep fights.

Bob isn't in the way. No more excuses for Spence and Haymon. Send in the contract and realistic terms none of that 80/20 nonsense. Spence isn't turning over 50-80mil like Canelo and AJ in a fight.
If Crawford comes in light to move and box he runs the risk of getting hurt. If he bulks up and walks down Charlo I think it’s an easy night as long as he can take the few shots that get through.
Either way I’d favor Crawford.
That's funny though, his entire career any name you mention to jermell charlo and he starts talking about how he'll whoop that ass, give me the contract now, etc.
Coincidence that with terence crawford it's the same old he don't deserve to fight me nonsense,
They are not in the same div
They have different demands and obligations.
Bud should concentrate on the div his at NOW.

It’s fight week and he knew what he was facing. I’m sure he’d be open to talking about it now if he felt it was realistic. It doesn’t seem all that realistic to me. Who’s representing Crawford anyway? You’d think he’d sign with PBC but he hasn’t done it yet. What’s the holdup?
Bwahahaha! You really set the bar pretty low for greatness.
Moving the goalposts after going too far? Cute.
Greatness lol
Castano is world class no more, no less. If he's not, then no one is at 154.
That’s what you wanted to hear. The press asking him stupid questions during the week of his biggest fight doesn’t mean anything. Crawford’s another career defining fight and I’m sure if that fight possible he’d be open to it. Mell has proven he’s willing to fight the best fighters in his division.

First, Jermell Charlo is the biggest challenge at 154:
Then, Charlo has actually just become a champion via robbery wins:
Exactly. That’s why Crawford is cherrypicking him. You are exposing your favorite fighter in this post. And yourself.
You just said in one post, that Crawford is calling out the best at 147 and 154. Now in this post you are showing your true colors, belittling Jermell Charlo’s resume.
So he has losses to Vanes, Castaño, and Harrison…but he is the best?
How are you going to flip flop in the same thread man?
He is the best. He's a great fighter, but not a special fighter like Terence. Vanes and Andrade are not in the division anymore. Demetrius Andrade is a special fighter, I don't think Bud could have beat him at 154.
I never thought he'd be afraid but listening to the interview he gave about bud this week, that was clearly a man in 100% panic mode, and I'm a charlo fan.

Huh?
Soro (in his backyard), Teixeira, arguably Lara and Jermell. Was giving Jermell all he can handle again tonight.
Good amateur pedigree also (has a win over Derevyanchenko in wsb)
And by the eye test.

These fans want fighters to challenge themselves but get mad at Crawford for calling out the 2 biggest challenges his division and the next division up, smh, what a joke.

I had him losing to Vanes as did many people. We all saw what Demetrius Andrade did to him. Bud would smash that guy.

Castano world class? By beating who in his 17 wins?

Castano is clearly world class.
Crawford needs to worry about becoming undisputed in his own weight class and then he needs to worry about Ennis, who he might never agree to fight.
Castano world class? By beating who in his 17 wins?
You really believe he’s afraid of Crawford? Why would he be? He would probably get more money for Crawford than any other fight out there, at least at 154. Use your head and stop riding d.ck.
