The truth is, I do respect Canelo for taking this challenge. I have always been a huge fan of Bivol. He is an absolute master boxer and no shame in losing to him. While I don't believe he is truly a master boxer on the level of Terence Crawford or Usyk, he is very close behind. Doesn't have as much power but I knew this would be an incredibly dangerous matchup for Canelo Alvarez. It's his idiot fans that were calling Bivol a bum just 6 months ago that upset me. Like they were saying he needed to fight Ramirez before calling out Canelo. Hm, that sounds similar to the shit they saw about Andrade and Charlo. Why can't people just recognize talent when they see it? It was obvious to anyone who actually paid attention that Bivol was the real deal, but Callum Smith, BJS, Plant, Yildirim, washed Kovalev were not. But you have biased media and fans brainwash people so hard that this is what ends up happening when you talk down a guy like that.
o
I mainly heard that from the PBC fangirls. They were the ones and still are the ones calling Bivol a bum and a cherry pick. I knew from the beginning, hell I knew from when Canelo beat Kovalev that Bivol would be a nightmare for Canelo. Canelo is just too damn small for 175. Especially fat vegan Canelo? No way would he be competitive in a rematch. He needs to eat meat and go back down to 168.
This is true too, honestly I heard it from both sides. Before the fight was made it was the Canelo fans called Bivol a bum and after the fight was made it switched and the PBC fans called him a bum.
It wasn't size, it was skill. Bivol is as small as they get for LHW, Kovalev is bigger. Smith, Beterbiev, Chilemba, Marcus Browne, Pascal, are much bigger than Bivol. Pascal is short but he's much denser than canelo. Those other guys are just big as hell and tall. Even though this weekend was skill you are right that size does matter. Usyk, completely out of the question. Even Chilemba would be a tough match for Canelo because he is so much bigger than Bivol even, is very difficult to hit cleanly, and takes a punch so well.
Bivol won because he towers over Canelo, is a light heavyweight and Canelo is NOT.
That’s why he won. Not because he’s a master boxer, or more skilled than Canelo. If Canelo was a natural light heavyweight, I would bet good money Canelo would smoke this guy and toss him around the ring. But Canelo is a middleweight.
It just isn’t Canelo’s weight class, end of story.
Remember how Canelo bullied Matthew Hatton, Amir Khan and Josesito Lopez? All small fighters but let’s just forget about that.

Oh **** off. He does not “tower” over Canelo :lol1: you fan boys are pathetic.
and Canelo isn’t a middleweight. He can’t make middleweight. You might as well still call him a baby super welterweight.
weren't these the assclowns that said Canelo will walk down Bivol, body shots and then some and K.O. on 4th?

It just isn’t Canelo’s weight class, end of story. if he was a middleweight he would make middleweight it’s as simple as that.....he is a a 168lb fighter all day long ....except he thought he could roid up and go up even more against a well schooled master boxer in bivol.
I lay a bet with you if bivol fights canelo at 168 he schools him just as much as he did at 175.......bivol is all wrong for him end of story...jacobs , kovalev and plant are just as big as bivol.
Jacobs , kovalev and plant are all 6ft or plus.....stop making excuses.
canelo has been taught nothing in terms of footwork or added speed in that last 10 years and has plodded around the ring landing his power punches but this time it was nowhere near enough against a skilled bivol.....period
Wait:
Is this the same Canelo you bunch of fa gg otts said was going to kill Usyk?
The same dudes already having him beating Usyk last Thursday and Friday are now saying Bivol was too big and that is why he won.
Damn shame that great fighters attract such illogical prematurely ejaculating groupies
Bivol is a good boxer, yet he couldn't even K.O Canelo...
Canelo moved up in weight when he didn't need too, yet still took on the challenge and went the distance with the Champ.
Canelo went poo poo as we always new.
Without the judges, re-hydration clauses and all the shit he normally pulls off, he is what I always told you all he was: B+ fighter.
Easy…:because Canelo is special and was beating bigger guys….but he’s not Superman.
So you’re impressed with Bivol. Would you be impressed if I beat the shiiit out of a 155lb man, myself being a 175lb man? Is that impressive? No right?
Bivol is a bigger dude, a light heavyweight that beat a blown up middleweight last night. But your ass is impressed by this for some reason
That’s a weird analogy seeing as you’d have to chop a leg off to get Canelo down to 160 these days. He’s a legit 168 lb fighter now. That’s like saying Mayweather shouldn’t get any credit for beating a flyweight in Pac-Man.
Mike Tyson is 5'10"...
Mike Tyson was a career heavyweight. Started there. Ended there.
Big difference from someone who started their pro career at 140lbs. About 38 of Canelo’s 61 fights took place from 140 to 154. 15 or so were at Middleweight.
Diego Corrales was 5’11”, like Roy Jones. Doesn’t mean he could fight at 160, 168, 175 like Jones did.
Bivol is a good boxer, yet he couldn't even K.O Canelo...
Canelo moved up in weight when he didn't need too, yet still took on the challenge and went the distance with the Champ.
Mickey Garcia = Canelo Alvarez, same level

I still think Betebiev does to Bivol what he does to Gvozdyk. A prime Kovalev probably beats him too.
Prime Ward vs. Beterbiev is the real match for 175lb supremacy of recent years.
true, Ward retired because of Beter, not Bivol, thats why he tried to put some hype and attention from Beterbiev on Bivol interviewing him, we remember that
the truth is that Canelo after "victory" over Golovkin was hyped up a little too much by your media and boxing establishment, and then becomes the reality, he loses to a B+ level guy who i think will never be on prime Kovalev's level for example
