I'm almost 100% certain canelo feels like he can not lose to light skinned fighters. The whiter the skin the easier they are for him. I wouldn't be surprised to see canelo fight uysk one day.
I'm not saying he can't beat a benavidez or charlo, I just think canelo feels they are tougher fights. Every white guy he's fought has been easy for him. He's so confident, that he's jumping up weight classes and even fighting the killers at 175. Beterbiev is next.
Bivol and GGG are both half Asian, though. Each of them has a 100% ethnic Korean mother. The guy who made the thread is just a moron.
True...that's why I pointed it out in my 1st post "lizard man" has it wrong. Seriously I'm not sure about Bivol I think he has a chance and I would favor Beterbiev, I think hes the top dog at 175.
It does matter who wins, that's the point of the thread..."lizard man" thinks canelo is on a "white crusade". So he would have to fight a Hispanic or black before Smith.

Doesn't matter who wins, it's an undisputed title fight if Canelo beats Bivol.
Do you know how many guys have been undisputed in more than one weight division?
In the three belt era, it's a one man list: Evander Holyfield
Nobody has done it in the four belt era.

That's not a bad idea either...but only if it's Beterbiev. If it's Smith (which I doubt) after one of the aforementioned.

No, he shouldn't fight Benavidez, Charlo, or Zurdo after Bivol and GGG.
If he beats both Bivol and GGG he should fight the winner of Artur Beterbiev/Joe Smith (almost definitely Beterbiev). No question about it. That would be for the undisputed WBA/WBC/IBF/WBO/Ring/lineal light heavyweight championship.
Benavidez, Charlo, and Zurdo need to be fighting each other. The three of them combined have fought a grand total of four world titlists in their careers (Anthony Dirrell, Cornelius Bundrage, Julian Williams, and Arthur Abraham) out of 100 fights. Artur Beterbiev will face his fourth world titlist in his 18th fight.

I wouldn't categorize Bivol or triple g as "white" but if he beats Bivol... after he beats triple g again he definitely should fight Benavidez, Charlo or even someone like zurdo.

I'm not saying he's purposely avoiding black and Latino fighters. What I'm saying is that subconsciously he feels like he can't lose to white fighters so he takes these fights against them without a fear in the world.
bivol is not a guy to fear, hes a good boxer, lets see if he can step up to nelo level, the other russian with the power, now he might be a little bit of a problem, he dropped his belt to avoid ggg until he got older so that was actual fear, i doubt very much nelo fears charlo lol or that other guy either
I dont think it has anything to do with skin color and more to do with the fact that all the guys he has recently faced dont have power.
Are you saying light skinned fighters have no power?

Beterbiev & Bivol are far bigger men than Benividas or Charla. So…… if it was so easy to whip both lite heavyweights. Why hasn’t Charla or Benavides stepped up??
As far as your white guy theory. He’s just was going after belts that happens to be owned by white Europeans. U see the bigger you get. The more white guys soooo…….
People said the same thing about FMW Jr and Latino lunch box. Put this in context. Lara was the #1 contender and pretty much mando for the WBC and WBA 154 and FMW convinced fools that Maidana for 2 PPVs and 70 million was a greater challenge. Imagine Lara vs Madiana in an eliminator. Do you think he busted up like Angulo?
Bob Arum once said, boxing fans are like rocks, you can keep them in any which way.
