No, he shouldn't fight Benavidez, Charlo, or Zurdo after Bivol and GGG. If he beats both Bivol and GGG he should fight the winner of Artur Beterbiev/Joe Smith (almost definitely Beterbiev). No question about it. That would be for the undisputed WBA/WBC/IBF/WBO/Ring/lineal light heavyweight championship. Benavidez, Charlo, and Zurdo need to be fighting each other. The three of them combined have fought a grand total of four world titlists in their careers (Anthony Dirrell, Cornelius Bundrage, Julian Williams, and Arthur Abraham) out of 100 fights. I'm not saying he's purposely avoiding black and Latino fighters. What I'm saying is that subconsciously he feels like he can't lose to white fighters so he takes these fights against them without a fear in the world. bivol is not a guy to fear, hes a good boxer, lets see if he can step up to nelo level, the other russian with the power, now he might be a little bit of a problem, he dropped his belt to avoid ggg until he got older so that was actual fear, i doubt very much nelo fears charlo lol or that other guy either

I'm almost 100% certain canelo feels like he can not lose to light skinned fighters. The whiter the skin the easier they are for him. I wouldn't be surprised to see canelo fight uysk one day. I'm not saying he can't beat a benavidez or charlo, I just think canelo feels they are tougher fights. Every white guy he's fought has been easy for him. He's so confident, that he's jumping up weight classes and even fighting the killers at 175. Beterbiev is next. Beterbiev & Bivol are far bigger men than Benividas or Charla.
