Could very well be his Floyd moment if he beats Kam 2x and Loma. He can go wherever he wants after that
Yes. Which is why imo so many are against him.
That is why you take this garbage deal. Beat Kambosis 2x, the beat Tank, Ryan or Loma and take off.
Above Average but very basic Amateur style. Big lightweight, who seems to stryggle making weight esp against a blown up Feather in Diaz. Good jab, but i feel he has a chin issue and i think he gets tired late in fights. Not a p4p type. Just not.
Best part for me is he can prove a lot of the haters wrong.
I guess that means if he starts making far fetched excuses for ducking and cherrypicking, you will be there to defend him.
Maybe so. That is why it’s a compelling fight.
Like him or not, Haney is at the point where he can control his own destiny.

Linares looked horrible in that fight and still eventually found his chin (and we saw just how shot Linares was next time out against the scrub Abdullaev) and put him on dream street. He just didn't have anything left in the tank to finish the job.
I don't see Kambosos getting tired. I think he's going to break Haney down with constant pressure.

whos he beat?
For what it’s worth, Haney is two years younger than your hero (Conor Benn). And your right Haneys resume isn’t good yet but it shytes all over Conor Benns.
My least favorite type of fighter: very hard to beat, incredibly boring, lacking power, hugger.
Top talent, just don’t want to see him. Devon Alexander, Miguel Vazquez, Andrade, Lara, cut from similar mold.
Andrade is just a bum and doesn't deserve to be mentioned with those other guys.
World champions Andrade has faced: (none)
World champions Devon Alexander has faced: DeMarcus Corley, Junior Witter, Juan Urango, Andreas Kotelnik, Timothy Bradley, Marcos Maidana, Randall Bailey, Shawn Porter, Amir Khan, Victor Ortiz, Andre Berto
World champions Miguel Vazquez has faced: Canelo Alvarez (twice), Timothy Bradley, Mickey Bey, Argenis Mendez, Josh Taylor
World champions Erislandy Lara has faced: Carlos Molina, Paul Williams, Canelo Alvarez, Ishe Smith, Jan Zaveck, Yuri Forman, Jarrett Hurd, Brian Castano
Even Haney has Gamboa, Linares, Diaz, and soon Kambosos on his resume and he's only 23. And I've been and still am critical of Haney.
Andrade doesn't fight anybody good because he doesn't want to. There's no other reason. He doesn't get to be mentioned with legitimate warriors like Erislandy Lara, Devon Alexander, or Miguel Vazquez.
If you get hit with a solid but mediocre punch and it addles you, I'd consider that a chin defect. Fighters like Ruiz, for instance, can be knocked down but are nearly unaffected when they get up. That to me is a first class chin. If you are still in survival mode more than a round after taking a solid shot, that is a problem absorbing punches and I'd call it a chin problem.
Is that the wrong term?
It’s like the Anti-Marquez. I don’t mind boxers getting dropped. It’s the inherent ability to get your senses back.

Haney is another fighter similar to guys like Andrade who likes giving it but hates taking it. They hit, then disengage, hold on for dear life, can't trade and fight on close quarters, then bend down on the waist so that the opponent can only hit the back of his head, which is illegal. In sum, it's a horrible style. You can be certain that fans would root for the opponent because of such stupid style. Just saw another guy with similar style in Conlan, who I immediately rooted against. Wood deservedly won the fight.
I've seen Haney fight in the pocket...what are you talking about. But everything else you wrote about Andrade is true, he has no inside game whatsoever.
He’s a skilled fighter. Try’s to fight like Floyd but he’s not smart enough and he’s not fit enough. He’s a huge lightweight so maybe he should move up, because he trains hard. But somehow it isn’t translating to his fights, because I’ve seen him fade down the stretch a few times.
- - Fading to Blair Cobbs level. Good fighters/Skills, but Popcorn hits harder.
His recuperative abilities worry me more than his chin.
Not sure what all the noise is regarding his chin tbh the kids never even been knocked down.

Excellent boxer who will never get the credit he deserves but even as a fan I must admit his fights are a chore too watch.
You just know its going 12 with no knockdowns or drama.
For me I enjoy him for 4-5 rounds and think the stoppage is coming but then it just feels more of the same or even less when he hits cruise control.
I just wish he had a bit more of a dig on him that is for sure but feel he may well once he moves up as is definitely very tight at the weight. I think he will hit a lot harder at 140
Best at 135 from a skills and talent perspective but that isn't to say others can't beat him though I'd only likely favour Tank currently.
Skilled fighter, nice movement and hand speed. Less than stellar power and uncertain durability. I think he's a tough out for whenever he faces, but he's also vulnerable himself.
