“hE’s NuTta dRaW” :lol1:
1) that was against wilder in the US 2) that was after fox and espn collaborated and spent money on superbowl weekend ads that did a cumulative 300m views. They literally paid silly momey to increase their revenue....its artificial basically.
300m cumulative views and it did 800k ppv buys. The third one did 500k.
Like i said that was against wilder in the US.
The person you replied to was referring to uk box office. Against wlad, tyson did 600k. Two weeks later aj vs whyte did more than that.
You think they would put Fury in stadium without Whyte and blow millions on an empty event ? Whyte gave Fury his highest payday if he doesn’t run away ,he let him be greedy because he’s going to be the new WBC champion anyway .
Fury is the far bigger draw than Whyte stop trolling Robbie…
What fighter doesn’t have a contract with their promoter? :lol1:
No bidder was complied to make a side deal with either fighter. That’s 100% correct.
Maybe they did, maybe they didn’t but we won’t likely ever know so I’ve said to WBC, WBA, IBF can we please just stick to the facts.
And it's a fact that Top Rank/Queensberry's remuneration to Tyson Fury is governed by the contract between them, not by Purse Bids.
It's not even a side deal. It's an existing contract.
Without seeing details - I'm 100% certain that Fury's pay for this fight will not just be 80% of the purse bid.
But you agree that Fury has a contract with his promoters?

It’s completely true.
No promoter’s we’re complied to make side deals with either fighter.
Check the rules of the purse bid.
But you agree that Fury has a contract with his promoters?
That's not true is it?
Fury has a contract with Arum/Warren that covers guarantees, fees, revenue shares etc and any other agreements they may make. That's not hypothetical - that's factual.
His pay will be governed by his contract and any other agreements he makes. That's why the Warren purse bid is only relevant to winning the bid and paying Whyte.
I'm sure he's doing fine out of the deal. I'm also sure he's not just getting a percentage of the purse bid - it will be a completely separate agreement.

“Would indicate” hypothetical…
As I said let’s just keep to the facts, no bidders were complied to make side deals with fighters. There’s no evidence of any side deals besides from mere speculation.

Yeah these were just rip roaring successes, this is a complete gamble at that price that the UK grudge match angle sells, even Hearns bid was possibly pushing it.
There is nothing in Furys history that suggest sticking his name on any fight generates that sort of cash.
It’s clear from the 41m they bid that they certainly value Whyte at more than 20%.

Fury wouldn’t be allowed by Top Rank to do a stadium event unless he can get them a profit ,we know he can’t without Whyte .
You really think Fury needs Whyte? :lol1:
Stop trolling kid…
Commercially tanked based on what figures exactly?
You fools just make sh** up.
Like him or not Fury is one the biggest draws in boxing. No debate.
Same goes with AJ, Wilder, Canelo, GGG etc. Whether you like these guys or not, you don’t earn what they earn without being able to draw money. It’s common sense.

Wilder ? Both aren’t draws not even fighting each other three times it got old fast . Joshua doesn’t need Fury or Wilder ,Fury needs Whyte to do a big PPV you know that so he’s only worth 20% ? He’s a bigger draw in the U.K than Wilder in the US yet he gave Wilder 50/50 but was petrified of Whyte so much he stalled and hoped Whyte wouldn’t take the 20% . :nono:
Fury needs Whyte? :lol1:
Sweet Caroline…
They knew Eddie was gonna bid big and it took 2 promoters to put that amount of money up, you left that part out.
The TV networks put up the money. Same a dazn was putting up the majority of herns bid..
Furys the biggest draw in boxing ?
One of the biggest draws without question. Canelo, Fury, AJ, Wilder and GGG are clearly the top 5. In no particular order.
And the fact is that typically in these situations, the A-side cuts a side deal w/ his promoter so his promoter can go over bid on his behalf.
The $9 million discrepancy would indicate things were business as usual w/ this bid and Fury made a side deal with his promoters.

Well if that’s the case then this whole thing hinges on Furys selling power, a guy who without Wilder as his dance partner has commercially tanked since his comeback.
Great take there genius.

Because side deals are usually made in these situations, it's logical to conclude that there's a good chance a side deal was made in this situation.

You’re not. What you posted was hypothetical. Where’s the evidence that anyone made a side deal?
