Too many complications for this fight to even get into negotiation phase. For one, it's outside of the US and TMT can't be the one dictating terms, which is a no no for Mr Floyd/Haymon/PBC, what have you. Unless, of course, PBC makes bigger offer than the one available for Kambosos down under. Waste of time even thinking about this fight. More realistic fights to make for Tank are with Garcia, Haney, would be a miracle if they'll even consider Loma.

"Rankings" aside,who have they beaten to suggest they aren't? Cruzs only notable win was a shot to shiet Vargas who was annihilated by Berchelt and Barrios had already got his ass beat by a club level fighter in Akmedov.
