Furry setting the Ring Record for Ring title defenses with 1 in 6 years as he enters 2022...
#1 HW on the planet, your boy aGay is #3 and is about to suffer his third loss in his last five fights lol.
Fury had to fight and win 3 title eliminators before Klitschko would fight him, and had to work his way up into a mandatory position before Wlad would even entertain the idea. He'd won the English title, Commonwealth title, British title, Irish title etc.

When Wladimir Kiltschko fought Tyson Fury, who was Tyson Fury? What had he done to deserve a title fight? Nothing really, he had beaten afew domestic fighters in the UK.
Champions are champions because they will take on all comers, people in the shadows, people who have been studying them all their life 'Without the Champion ever being aware of this'.
Tyson Fury seems not to want to face most contenders, and it is not out of fear 'I just don't think he likes being a champion, he was most comfortable when he was a underdog'.
He has been champion now for sometime, and lets face it? He all over the place in interviews, saying he does not care about the belts and so on.
Great fighter, but so far he has been a very poor champion.

Indeed, Fury needs to defend against some bums like Molina and Breazeale before he can even be considered to be on the same level as those two modern greats.

This is why I state, Tyson Fury is a great fighter but 'As a champion he is not on the level of the past greats, or even recent fighters like Wilder & Joshua'

No one can predict what Fury will do, even himself, but I think he's good for a few years yet. The fact that March is being touted for Whyte is a good sign, and if he prevails, he'll at least give us the undisputed fight. There are plenty of competitive fights out there, as you say, and the likes of Hrgovic and Joyce are more dangerous than anything in the Wlad era, IMO.
Fury for me, is not interested in defending his belts and taking on all comers. He seems to only be motivated only by the biggest of perceive challenges at any given time 'Even though being champion, and taking on all comers is holistically the greatest challenge of a champion'.
You can clearly see this attitude in Fury the way he is dismissing both Joshua, Whyte and any other fighter 'Accept Usyk'.

Wladimir Kiltschko was a greater than them all, and fortunately was denied a opportunity to win his titles back from Tyson Fury 'Due to trails and tribulations that arise'.
Fury knows Wilder is custom made for him ,the forum may not like it but AJ, Whyte ,Hrgovic, Joyce maybe a few other up and comers will cause him more difficulty ,I’d even say Usyk is more problematic then Wilder .
Fury’s excuse there’s no one to fight is very laughable the division is stacked to the top . He knows himself and even admitted some of the guys I mentioned would be future champions, he doesn’t really need any excuses to call it quits if he does he’s leaving the harder fights for him and not perusing the harder fights out there if that’s not a reason to stay fighting I don’t know what is .

Funny thing before he ends this interview he admitted that keeping the title is the hardest thing to do in boxing defending it time and time again ,but he’s very adamant of not being to enthusiastic about defending titles his whole career ? Even states belts are meaningless ,he’s literally putting himself against what is the most notable thing to do in boxing .
As much as Fury talks up retirement, he also says boxing is all he knows and loves. Whether that's down to him being bipolar and depressive, who knows. Maybe it's the fact that he can envisage quitting that actually keeps him going.
