Not really ... everyone knows Joshua and his skill level, while nobody had heard of Makabu. Makabu is #4 in cruiserweight according to TBRB ... the #4 fighter in HW is Dillian Whyte. Maybe that is a better comparison, instead of Joshua. People don't really know though, because they haven't seen many of his fights.
