What's going on with Tevin Farmer?

Really? You guys care about Farmer now, he was "Boring With No Power" when he was active He wasnt boring man, but my interest right now is just down to not seeing him in another fight for almost 2 yrs and wondering how that happened when he was one of the most active boxers earlier... that too after he was spasming/twitching vs jojo diaz..and yet after his loss he was never mentioned again by eddie hearn. that's why im more interesting right now. a loss shouldnt matter. He isnt a huge name but it is a big enough name to be respected when he's on someone's undercard. he adds value to any card and can still offer a lot to boxing. what happened to him in the last fight? the boxing jourino's dont even ask eddie. boxing in america seems too cutthroat. i also want to know wtf is going on with ammo williams since we're on that subject. the journo's dont even ask eddie over there in america 'have you spoke to ammo williams? is he okay? will he fight again?' but see all the noise when it's a white british boxer like scott fitzgerald. it seems human life has no value in america.

He has a YouTube channel where it seems like he and his missus are living their best lives, flipping houses etc. Doesn't appear to need boxing. Glad to hear he's coming back though, enjoy watching him. ​​​​​

That’s what I’m saying dude, it’s literally the equivalent of Fat Mick saying “shades of Ali”. Farmer does a bad interpretation of Sweet Pea at best. he's still good to watch man. i like all that. he was a bit gun shy though but very good to watch a few yrs back before he even ended up on dazn. my point is he has something that is good to watch and is a good undercard fighter on the cheap. he isnt high demand but is respected enough to keep on for other fights. eddie is good with all the brits who lose fights. plus jojo diaz is very good, i didnt expect him to beat rakimov but he did, i mean i had him winning anyway, wasnt a draw.

Farmer is a hype job they tried to build up for whoever was going to beat his ass. He is a glorified gatekeeper.

I hear you, I put some money on Diaz that night also. Tevin and Hurd seem more interested as showcasing their lifestyle on IG than anything else at the moment. I think the odds were about 7/4, I couldn’t believe it, Diaz had been in with the better comp, and had the high pressure style to beat Farmer. It was my biggest boxing win in a good few years.

He’s not some defensive wizard, he’s not even that difficult to hit- as Diaz showed. A couple nights ago on Twitter he posted he'll be making a comeback.

Not really a championship caliber fighter and not very marketable either. well, those type of fighters are usually well liked by promoters because they help boost cards as undercard fighters that don't cost a lot. Farmer is well known amongst boxing fans so any farmer fight is a good fight. Eddie hearn usually likes them guys. He's putting on liam smith vs jesse vargas soon, i mean that's going to be a main event fight next year. Has farmer said anything since that fight? eddie was never even asked about tevin farmer again since that fight. not even a 'could you tell us what's going on with tevin farmer?'

He's one of them proper boxers who's come from the bottom and worked hard to improve, becoming one of the most unique boxers out there. He lacked offense vs Jojo diaz but something was wrong with him since. I wanted to see a comeback. also, one of the issues with american boxing in general is the obsession with winners. Eddie hearn was not like that in the UK but he's become like that in the US. over here he supports dave allen, ted cheeseman, anthony fowler, guys with Ls. They're your ave saturday night matchroom card fodder. if Farmer vs fighting on an undercard of any random show, im certain you would watch that fight. I would stay up till 6am to watch a Farmer fight (i say that because i have done)/
