I must say, Wilder is a complete douchebag. This whole time he’s been talking about his suit being too heavy, Breland being a double agent, Fury tampering his gloves, he was drugged, long count, the ref was in on it, the commission was in on it, the list goes on. He knew this was all bs and he surrounded himself with a bunch of idiot yes men and creates the false reality where he believes he was cheated rather then facing reality. Maybe if he spent his time and focus on the real world he could have beat Tyson but instead he’ll always be stuck in a world full of delusions and lies.
yes or no...............
lmao. Neither are controversial, you guys are a bunch of babies refusing to give credit where it is due. It’s completely laughable.
counts are not equal to seconds. Counts are according to a referee however long he judges so. Fury was completely okay, was in his mind, taking his time, wasn’t shaky at all and you planning to stop it at that point? That’s just a joke. You guys should listen to yourselves.
1. It’s the refs 10 count not 10 seconds
2. Putting that to the side, Tyson was up within 10 seconds of the 1st knockdown.
3. For the second knockdown, it may have been 11 maybe 12 seconds at most but that was because he had to stop counting to tell Wilder to return to a neutral corner.
4. Second knockdown shouldn’t even count considering it came from a punch to the back of the head which isn’t allowed.
do you think he will still try to appeal it?

Didn't watch the fight - sorry now I didn't - 'long counts' are only controversial if the referee is inconsistent in his counts.
I see there were several KDs by both fighters so, so long as the counts were 'long' for both fighters there shouldn't be any controversy.
Ten seconds has never been the reality - 12 to 13 total seconds isn't that unusual - it's the 'ten count' that counts.
What made the Dempsey-Tunney long count so controversial was that Dave Barry's (referee) was inconsistent in how he handled the two KDs (7th and 8th rounds). He started the Tunney KD (7th) late and then refused to pick up the time keeper's count; with Dempsey in the 8th he didn't bother to send Tunney to a neutral corner as he did Dempsey in the 7th and started the count immediately. (Which only got to one.) That inconsistent behavior made Barry look dirty.
Many argue that Douglas got the benefit of a long count against Tyson but the truth is the ref gave Tyson an identical count. So IMO it was a fair count, but both were slightly long.
but will Wilder appeal the long counts?
Not if he has any dignity left. He already used up all his goodwill with the grocery list of phony excuses for the second fight.
If that's your best path for a victory, it sure is a narrow one. If the ref gave a guy like 30 seconds or something to get up, you'd have a point. Arguing whether a guy got 10 or 11 seconds is a joke.
No. "Long counts" are just the excuse of a sore loser. Fury erased any complaints that may have arose by knocking him down and knocking him out.
but will Wilder appeal the long counts?
